Good hotel with helpful staff.

Just stayed one night and wanted to have links close to the train station. Hotel was in a good location and the reception staff were helpful when I needed help printing off a flight document. This was much appreciated.

We arrived early before the check in time, the receptionist was very nice and offered us coffee in the lounge in waiting for check in. The hotel offer tea & coffee at the reception area and there k facility for tea and coffee in the room as well. Good breakfast including a variety of fruit juices cold meat, cheese, coffee, yogurt , cake etc..for only 7 EURO person

they upgraded me which was very nice but 1 negative point was that the windows were open 2 nights out of 3 nights when I came back late in the evenings although it was cold outside...

Nice hotel, good location.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a 3 minute walk from the train station. Check-in/check-out was fast, breakfast was very nice, continental with eggs and bacon too. In the reception there is a complimentary coffee machine (coffee was very good) and biscuits, available 24 hours. All in all good value for money.

Stay was really good. Check in was nice and room was very clean and nice. We came for the christmas market and they were nice enough to let us leave our luggage for the day.

Good Location

I stayed here for 3 nights during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently situated for the railway station, and close to the city centre. There is a very busy main road outside the hotel, with the main railway just beyond. With my room at the back of the hotel there was very little noise, but I guess rooms at the front could be very noisy. The hotel was spotlessly clean; the staff helpful; the breakfast was adequate (rather than great!).

Very convenient Hotel for a couple of nights.

Very neat and clean Hotel and very near Main Train Station. Room a little small but big bathroom with dated facilities.Very friendly and helpful staff. Very near Town Centre to get quickly to the X-Mas Market.

Affordable, comfortable and convenient

Needed an affordable stay close to Dortmund station – and was rewarded with the Königshof. Traditional hotel, slightly jazzed up, single room smallish but perfectly acceptable. WiFi worked fine – few powerpoints, none apparently close to the TV table so laptop-tapping somewhat precarious. Reception staff lovely. Breakfast would have been extra.

The room was very small en hot. There was a lot of noice from the street. Bad smell from the bathroom. A light in the bathroom broke and there was glass all over the floor, but they refused to come clean it, because the girl at the reception said she was alone at the hotel. Then gave us a vacum cleaner which broke down and they didn't have another one.

Budgethotel met weinig comfort.

Geen 3,5 sterren hotel. Kleine kamer en hele kleine badkamer met nauwelijks ruimte. Het hotel heeft geen klimatisering waardoor het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in de kamers was, waardoor we slecht sliepen. De straat aan de voorzijde levert zeer veel herrie. De ramen openen was daarom echt geen optie was. Gedurende ons verblijf werden de kamers niet schoongemaakt of beddem opgemaakt. (covid?) Het ontbijt was goed. De wifi uitstekend. De medewerkers zowel bij de receptie als ontbijt zeer vriendelijk.
