Es geht sauberer...

Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Anreise 08.06.23 - Abreise 09.06.23 . Die Wohnung stank nach Duftoel und Raumspray ,die Fenster waren dreckig und hatten anhaftungen von Spinnengewebe . Das Geschirr und die Kaffeekannen waren dreckig,es gab keinen TV empfang ,die Duscharmatur war defekt ,Bett für 2 Personen zu weich (Rückenschmerzen ) ,Schlafzimmer für Allergiker nicht geeignet ( starker modergeruch ,schimmelgeruch bei einsatz eines Beatmungsgerätes ).Ist es den Eigentümern egal , wie Ihre Wohnung präsentiert wird .

Super Lage. Direkt am Meer. Tolle Restaurants. Supermarkt, der auch Sonntags offen hat. Leider absolut kein Internet oder Empfang. Ansonsten super schöne Lage und ideal zum Erholen.

Finsteres Apartment in einem Apartmentkomplex

In der Beschreibung war von einer "Ferienhaussiedlung" die Rede. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um einen etwas monströs wirkenden Apartmentkomplex mit vierstöckigen Häusern. Das Foto der Terrasse in der Beschreibung erzeugt einen falschen Eindruck. Die sehr dunkle Erdgeschosswohnung liegt an der Nordseite und es fällt allenfalls am frühen Morgen etwas Sonne auf die Terrasse.

Schöner kleiner Kurzurlaub mit meinem kleinen Sohn

Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Apartment. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist für die kleine Unterkunft sehr geräumig und mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet genug Platz für 2 Erwachsenen oder in unserem Fall für einen Erwachsenen mit Kind (dafür reicht das Doppelbett locker aus). Ein kleiner Fernseher sowie Musikanlage und DVD Player sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich habe mit meinem kleinen Sohn ein schönes langes Wochenende verbracht.

Soweit okay, aber…

Wie kann man oberhalb des Kopfendes im Schlafzimmer ein massives Regal aufhängen? Nach 2 schmerzhaften Stoßerfahrung in der Nacht konnte ich es abhängen! Für 50€ Endreinigung war leider das Geschirr zum Teil verschmutzt. Der Föhn macht Geräusche, als wenn ein Flugzeug abstürzt und wirkt nicht vertrauenserweckend.

Urlaubsreise

Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, Sauberkeit eher mäßig, verschmutzte Putztücher lagen über der Klinke im Bad, Küchengeräte mit fettigem Schmier und Staub überzogen, Geschirr teilweise angeschlagen, die Handtücher riechen stark muffig, als ob sie feucht gelagert wurden. Das Sofa und der Teppich haben einige Gebrauchsspuren/ Flecken, die mit etwas Mühe sicher zu entfernen wären, usw. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nach Reinigung keine Kontrolle erfolgt ist. Und wer noch keine Rückenprobleme hat, bekommt sie auf dieser Matratze sicherlich. Sehr weich und knubbelig, die Schmerzen sind einem sicher. Ebenso sollte man noch einigermaßen gelenkig sein und sich wirklich mögen, da das Bett nur ca. 140cm breit ist und an einer Seite an der Wand steht und am Fußende teilweise vom Schrank zugebaut ist. Nicht so einfach ins Bett zu kommen ohne den Partner zu stören.

Wohlfühlurlaub!

Eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete, kleine Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die leider viel zu kurze Zeit sehr genossen. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Strand, der Hafen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Morgens scheint die Sonne auf die Terrasse, so dass man beim Frühstück draußen gemütlich sitzt und den Tag planen kann. Abends ist es dort herrlich ruhig und auch bei Regen konnten wir auf der überdachten Terrasse die Abende ausklingen lassen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und haben einige schöne Strand- und Wattspaziergänge machen können, Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt um in beide Richtungen die Küste erkunden zu können. Dort gibt einige Strände an denen man wunderbar mit dem Hund laufen kann. Die Gastgeberin hatte auch einige gute Tips für uns. Von uns also eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, nur fussläufig sehr weit vom Strand weg.

Wie oben schon gesagt, die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber, nur das Bett ist für zwei ältere Personen zu klein.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in einer schönen FeWo

Wir waren zu dritt in der FeWo. Wir fanden es super passend und extrem gemütlich. In der Küche und im Badezimmer war alles vorrätig (Spülmittel,Abtrockentücher,Schwamm,etc.) was wir super fanden,denn sowas ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Klein ist sie, aber das steht auch so in der Vermietung. Netter Kontakt bei der Übergabe des Schlüssels mit der Vermieterin. Gleich noch zwei drei Tipps dabei.👍 Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Trip zur Nordsee braucht. Also alles Okay.

Urlaub mit Hund

Zu zweit ist es eine sehr schöne und ausreichende Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wie schon von anderen beschrieben ist die Matratze des Bettes leider immer noch nicht erneuert worden. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir mit unseren Hunden auch sehr gerne öffter an der Nordsee spazieren gegangen wären, was allerdings überall verboten ist. Es gibt ständig Verbotsschilder für Hunde, das fanden wir sehr Schade. Dass bischen Strand und Agility in der Nähe ist für einen Urlaub mit Hund für uns jedoch nichts zu wiederholen ohne Hunde kommen wir aallerdings allerdings sehr ggerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die FeWo ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, sogar der Hund war bestens zufrieden. Die Gastronomen im Ort waren sehr hundefreundlich und auch der "Gassigang" hinter dem Haus ideal. Der Hundestrand in Neßmersiel war eher enttäuschend aber in Schillig richtig gut.

Kleine ausreichende Wohnung mit liebevoller Dekoration

Wohnung für zwei Personen von der Größe ausreichend groß mit sehr großzügiger Terasse lädt bei Sonnenschein zum verweilen ein. Wohnung ist mit liebevoller Nordseedekoration ausgestattet, was direkt Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen ließ, zusätzlich zu dem Willkommensdrink, was wir vorgefunden haben. Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden bzw. nach einigen Tagen neue vorbeigebracht. Einzige Manko für uns war die in unseren Augen durchgelegene Couch und das Bett.

Alles bestens.

Wohnung war wie beschrieben, aber auch wirklich nicht mehr als 2 Personen . Ideal für Radfahrer ist die große Terrasse, sowie der direkte Parkplatz. Kann man empfehlen.
