The well-kept apartment is located in a one-storey house, the roof of which is furnished as a cozy apartment with two balconies (south and west facing). Here is a living room with seating, dining table and LCD TV.

A fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, bathroom with shower, toilet and a hallway and two bedrooms for up to 4 people are also available. A Paidi cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

The garden belonging to the apartment and the holiday home on the same property can be seen from the west balcony and can be reached in a few steps around the house. In the garden there is also a terrace belonging to the apartment with seating and a grill. We kindly ask our guests to clean the grill themselves immediately after each use, thank you.

In the garden there is a children's swing and seating (beach chair). If you want to grill, you can do so here.


Things worth knowing about the surroundings in Neßmersiel:

Neßmersiel is a quiet seaside resort off the East Frisian island of Baltrum and belongs to the municipality of Dornum. In healthy North Sea air you can experience the charming landscape on long bike paths or on walks. If you fancy a canoe trip, you can rent a canoe in the paddle and pedal station to explore the East Frisian waterways. You can take the canoe or a bike back to your destination.

The bathing beach, with a large playground, is easy to reach on foot or by bike. The gently sloping bathing beach is particularly suitable for small bathers. At low tide, extensive mudflat walks can be undertaken with expert guidance.

Neßmersiel offers its animal-loving guests a dog beach separated from the normal sandy beach with a dog playground and a fenced-in free-range area - here your four-legged friends can let off steam as they please.
A dog course consisting of 21 hurdles, two slalom routes, seesaw, tunnel, tires, walls, footbridges and a lungeing area round off the small dog paradise. The training devices on the large course correspond to those of the official agility training devices, but were adapted so that dogs of all ages and sizes can use them safely and with joy.

The ferry leaves from Neßmersieler Hafen to the island of Baltrum, which can be reached in about 30 minutes, and invites you to extensive dune walks.

The family free time center "Sturmfrei", which opened in March 2007, is another highlight. For active guests there is a large soccer field, trampolines, air hockey and table football, lounge with large chess set, massage chairs, event stage, boulder wall, T-Wall, the interactive reaction wall, climbing castle over 3 floors, mini bowling alley, pool ball, table tennis, cinema, Xbox Kinect, Wii, Singstar, billiards, darts.

Younger guests can have fun in the children's playground with trampoline and climbing wall. The catering area takes care of your physical well-being.
