From 2019, our spacious holiday home will be available to holiday guests for the first time.
It is a typical Frisian house, which has been completely renovated, lovingly, brightly and very high quality furnished and fully equipped by us.
The house is located in a quiet side street of the coastal town of Dornum, in the "North Frisian Wadden Sea" National Park, near (7km) the North Sea and the ferry crossings to the "East Frisian Islands". A WiFi connection is available and is provided free of charge.
The guest contribution / tourist tax charged by the Dornum community is payable on site and is not included in the rental price!

Dieses Objekt ist gensuso eine Zumutung wie die Eigentümerin, die den dreckigen Zustand als "Normal" hingestellt hat. Unverschämte Kommentare kamen noch hinzu, ob das bei Ihnen wohl so sauber ist etc.Nach 2 Stunden putzen konnten wir das Objekt einigermaßen nutzen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und noch einigen Sachen darüber hinaus. Es waren sogar Spielsachen für Kinder vorhanden und der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für den Hund und das Kleinkind.

Eigentlich sehr schön

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Tolle Lage, kann man alles gut erreichen. Dornum ist auch eine sehr schöne Stadt. Die Unterkunft war für uns 4 erwachsenen mit Hund sehr gut. Allerdings war sie nicht ganz sauber. Haare von den Hunden der vor Mietern und im Garten sehr viel Unkraut zwischen den Rosen. Haben erstmal gesaugt und im Garten Unkraut gejätet und gekehrt. Die Küche ist etwas zu klein. Am besten wäre man macht den essbereich zur Küche und macht im Durchgang nur Müll und Getränke Ablage. Und das Esszimmer könnte gut im Wohnzimmer Platz finden. Zu viert ein Bad hat funktioniert besser wäre allerdings eine zweite Toilette. Am schlimmsten war aber der Service Sommerhäuser wegen Schlüssel und Nordsee Card. Sie waren zum ausgemachten Termin nicht vor Ort. Wir mussten den Schlüssel aus einem Tresor holen. Die Karten bekamen wir auch erst zwei Tage später, und mussten diese auch wieder selbst holen. Am Telefon auch sehr pampig und unfreundlich……. Aber an sich - war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Liebe Grüße Familie aus Mittelfranken

Haus schön, Sauberkeit und Betreuung Verbesserungswürdig

Das Haus war wirklich schön, allerdings nicht so sauber, wie erwartet. Zudem war die Absprache mit Fa Kur und Reisen Sommerhäuser schwierig, bzw. war die vorher abgesprochen Abholzeit des Schlüssels nicht an die anderen Kollegen weitergegeben, sodass wir zuerst vor verschlossener Tür standen. Uns wurde hier aber anschließend schnell geholfen, sodass wir doch noch an den Schlüssel kamen.

Alles in allem ganz ok

Beim durchlesen der Bewerbungen ist uns schon aufgefallen wie teilweise unpassend die Antworten des Vermieters waren. Und das wird bei unserer Bewertung wahrscheinlich genau so sein... Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist schön ruhig so das man sich gut erholen kann. Allerdings hat das Haus nicht gehalten was wir uns erhofft hatten. Leider sehr dreckig. Teilweise kaffeeflecken vom Vormieter, Staub ohne Ende, dreckiges Geschirr.... auch als ich dann noch mal zum Büro gefahren bin und sagte das es recht dreckig ist, wurde nichts gemacht und die Endreinigung voll kassiert. Die Spülmaschine ist auch defekt. Die Teller und Tassen werden nur im unteren Teil einigermaßen sauber. Man muss immer noch mal per Hand nachwaschen. Auch die Raumaufteilung ist eine Katastrophe. Allerdings ist das natürlich Geschmackssache. Also bevor der Vermieter wieder unpassend Antworten muss....probieren Sie die Hütte aus und machen Sie sich Ihr eigenes Bild. Das beschriebene ist nur unser Eindruck. Wir kommen nicht wieder...

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Das Parken ist problemlos in der Einfahrt möglich. Besonders geeignet ist die Wohnung für Hunde, denn der Garten ist wirklich ausbruchsicher eingezäunt. Auch bei der Sauberkeit war nichts zu bemängeln. Fr. R. war immer erreichbar für Fragen und hat super schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank 😊

Schöner Nordseeurlaub

Das Urlaubs Erlebnis war abgerundet durch die schöne Unterkunft die für uns keine wünsche offen ließ. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war Wohnlich eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Haus, leider Mängel bei der Sauberkeit

Wir sind vor Ort angekommen, und leider war die Hausverwaltung sehr schlecht informiert. Sie Wussten nicht, was wir bezahlen müssen. Dann gab es noch einen „doofen spruch“, dass wir ja nur so kurz bleiben würden. Als wir beim Haus ankamen, waren wir erst positiv überrascht. Wirklich schönes Haus, großzügig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Leider gab es bei der Sauberkeit nicht so schöne Begegnungen. Sand im Bett als Beispiel. Als wir das bei Abfahrt sagten wurden wir nur müde belächelt, wir hätten ja Bescheid geben können, dann hätte man nachgebessert. Da wir allerdings erst gegen 15:00-16:00 im Haus waren, wäre das für uns keine schöne Option gewesen, da wir dann das Haus in der Zeit nicht hätten nutzen können. Alles in allem können wir aber sowohl die vermieter(sehr freundlich!!) als auch das Haus wirklich empfehlen!!!!

Urlaub mit Schwiegervater an der Nordsee

Wir haben den Aufenthalt entspannt geniessen duerfen, Opa Helmut, der demenzkarnk ist, konnte sogar nachts dank der automatischen Lichtanlage den Weg zur Toilette finden. Garten war auch schoen, Hund Emma konnte den Ball gut apportieren. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter sehr gut. Wohnzimmer sehr gross und komfortabel, WLAN optimal, Wenn ueberhaupt etwas zu meckern wäre, dann die Treppen in Richtung Esszimmer, da hatte Opa Helmut immer seine Schwierigkeiten(da gehbehindert)-3 Stufen, aber dies war ja auch unser "Problemchen" und nicht vom Vermieter.Die Nordsee hat uns gut getan, fuer Hundebesitzer eine 3, weil vieles fuer Hundebesitzer verboten ist, der Ort Dornum ein vertrauemtes Dörfchen, aber wunderschoen. Unbedingt den Kuchen in der "Teestube" probieren. Familie Schneider

Ferienhaus Nordsee

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem Objekt, und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat im Großen und Ganzen an nichts gefehlt, da es ein Selbstversorger Haus ist muss man ja sowieso bisschen was mitbringen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben zehn ganz wundervolle Tage bei Ihnen verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch kann man in kürzester Zeit alle größeren Punkte erreichen. Einkaufen geht sogar zu Fuß. Das Haus ist groß, so dass auch drei Generationen (in unserem Fall Oma, Mama, 2 Kinder) dort genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten haben. Alles ist sauber, liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts: Von Tupperdosen über Pizzaschneider bis hin zu Kinderbüchern und Spielen ist alles vorhanden. Der eingezäunte Garten ist toll und auch hier ist an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt in einem Ferienhaus und würden am liebsten direkt für nächsten Sommer buchen :-) Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war extrem freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke dafür!
