Beautiful vacation home on the North Sea. Own, fenced garden, dogs allowed/WLAN!

From 2019, our spacious holiday home will be available to holiday guests for the first time.
It is a typical Frisian house, which has been completely renovated, lovingly, brightly and very high quality furnished and fully equipped by us.
The house is located in a quiet side street of the coastal town of Dornum, in the "North Frisian Wadden Sea" National Park, near (7km) the North Sea and the ferry crossings to the "East Frisian Islands". A WiFi connection is available and is provided free of charge.
The guest contribution / tourist tax charged by the Dornum community is payable on site and is not included in the rental price!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und noch einigen Sachen darüber hinaus. Es waren sogar Spielsachen für Kinder vorhanden und der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für den Hund und das Kleinkind.

Eigentlich sehr schön
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Tolle Lage, kann man alles gut erreichen. Dornum ist auch eine sehr schöne Stadt. Die Unterkunft war für uns 4 erwachsenen mit Hund sehr gut. Allerdings war sie nicht ganz sauber. Haare von den Hunden der vor Mietern und im Garten sehr viel Unkraut zwischen den Rosen. Haben erstmal gesaugt und im Garten Unkraut gejätet und gekehrt. Die Küche ist etwas zu klein. Am besten wäre man macht den essbereich zur Küche und macht im Durchgang nur Müll und Getränke Ablage. Und das Esszimmer könnte gut im Wohnzimmer Platz finden. Zu viert ein Bad hat funktioniert besser wäre allerdings eine zweite Toilette. Am schlimmsten war aber der Service Sommerhäuser wegen Schlüssel und Nordsee Card. Sie waren zum ausgemachten Termin nicht vor Ort. Wir mussten den Schlüssel aus einem Tresor holen. Die Karten bekamen wir auch erst zwei Tage später, und mussten diese auch wieder selbst holen. Am Telefon auch sehr pampig und unfreundlich……. Aber an sich - war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Liebe Grüße Familie aus Mittelfranken

Ich kann dieses Haus und die Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Vermieter waren immer offen und freundlich für unsere Anliegen. Sehr ruhige Lage, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Haus schön, Sauberkeit und Betreuung Verbesserungswürdig
Das Haus war wirklich schön, allerdings nicht so sauber, wie erwartet. Zudem war die Absprache mit Fa Kur und Reisen Sommerhäuser schwierig, bzw. war die vorher abgesprochen Abholzeit des Schlüssels nicht an die anderen Kollegen weitergegeben, sodass wir zuerst vor verschlossener Tür standen. Uns wurde hier aber anschließend schnell geholfen, sodass wir doch noch an den Schlüssel kamen.

Alles in allem ganz ok
Beim durchlesen der Bewerbungen ist uns schon aufgefallen wie teilweise unpassend die Antworten des Vermieters waren. Und das wird bei unserer Bewertung wahrscheinlich genau so sein... Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist schön ruhig so das man sich gut erholen kann. Allerdings hat das Haus nicht gehalten was wir uns erhofft hatten. Leider sehr dreckig. Teilweise kaffeeflecken vom Vormieter, Staub ohne Ende, dreckiges Geschirr.... auch als ich dann noch mal zum Büro gefahren bin und sagte das es recht dreckig ist, wurde nichts gemacht und die Endreinigung voll kassiert. Die Spülmaschine ist auch defekt. Die Teller und Tassen werden nur im unteren Teil einigermaßen sauber. Man muss immer noch mal per Hand nachwaschen. Auch die Raumaufteilung ist eine Katastrophe. Allerdings ist das natürlich Geschmackssache. Also bevor der Vermieter wieder unpassend Antworten muss....probieren Sie die Hütte aus und machen Sie sich Ihr eigenes Bild. Das beschriebene ist nur unser Eindruck. Wir kommen nicht wieder...
