Traumhafte(s) Ferien(haus)

Wir haben einen 4-Generationen-Urlaub in Nessmersiel verbracht. Uroma, Großeltern, Enkel und Urenkel haben eine schöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet - hier fehlt es an absolut nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Lediglich die Teppiche im Bad, den Bettvorleger in den oberen Schlafzimmer und den großen Teppich im Wohnzimmer würde ich entfernen. Diese schafft zwar Armosphäre, ist aber hygienisch gesehene bei ständigem Gästewechsel nicht vorteilhaft und würde sicherlich nicht fehlen!!!

Gute Ausstattung....gepflegt....

1 Woche Auszeit in diesem Objekt war Erholung, da es gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet wurde. Kleine Mängel wurden vom Vermieter dankend zur Kenntnis genommen.Die Lage auch gut, fußläufig Bäcker und kleiner Edeka Markt erreichbar. Schöner Spielplatz in der Siedlung. Ausstattung besonders in der Küche gut. Geschirr und Besteck mehr als ausreichend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können dazu gemietet werden. Alles in Allem Haus gut empfehlbar.

schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, Ruhige Lage. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Bei der Ankunft waren wir irritiert,dass der Geschirrspüler noch mit dem Geschirr der Vorgänger gefüllt war und der Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Tür des Kühlschranks hängt übrigens. Was uns wirklich nicht so sehr gefallen hat: - kein vernünftiger Wohnzimmertisch - und die schlechte Beleuchtung in den Bändern. Besonders im oberen Bad und im unteren Schlafzimmer Das sollte aber keinen Urlauber abhalten dieses Haus zu buchen, denn es ist unser persönliches Empfinden.

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir, eine kleine Gruppe aus Erwachsenen und Kindern, haben eine Etappe unseres Sommerurlaubs hier verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter eher mäßig war, gab es im Umkreis einiges zu entdecken. Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich gefallen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein paar Spuren der Vormieter waren zwar zu finden, was aber eher an diesen lag (schlecht gespültes Geschirr im Schrank,…) als an den Reinigungskräften. Das Haus selbst ist mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern schön geräumig und auch gut aufgeteilt. Der kleine Ort Neßmersiel ist ruhig und gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, wobei ein Auto sehr von Vorteil ist.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war alles so wie es beschrieben war. Einchecken und ausschenken war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir waren 6 Personen plus Baby und alle hatten genug Platz. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Ein schöner Urlaub, nur das Wetter spielte nicht so richtig mit. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus nur zu empfehlen.

Séjour bien équipé - non loin de tout

Tout d’abord le contact est très facile et agréable. Les détails sont fournis et on se sent en confiance. Arrivés sur place, tout était simple et propre. La maison est très bien équipée et même les vélos dans la réserve sont à disposition. La maison est loin de rien : Edeka à 2 mn à pied, restos à 200m à vol d’oiseau, plage et mer vraiment pas loin. Bref tout pour se sentir bien et profiter de l’air marin. Merci pour ce séjour! Impecc.

Ein tolles Haus mit genug Platz und Garten für eine Familie mit Kindern. Das Beste ist aber die Lage, nur 1 Minute zum Edeka und auch schnell am Strand in Nessmersiel (ca. 5 - 15 Minuten)

Sehr schönes Haus für unseren Familienurlaub (5)

Entgegen vorigen Erfahrungen mit sehr unpersönlichen „Mietobjekten“ hat uns dies Haus einen guten Eindruck gemacht, hier scheinen die Eigentümer auch gern selbst zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist eher überkomplett, gute Küchenmesser etc bringt man sich wenn man wert drauf legt mit:) Haus und Garten waren für unsere Familie (2 Erw. + Kinder 8/6/3j) sehr gut, Vermieter und Verwalter nett und unkompliziert! Daumen hoch und vielen Dank von unserer Seite!

Sommerurlaub 2021

Unsere Familie mit 2 Kindern (2 und 7 Jahre alt) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Neßmersiel. Fahrräder sind sehr Vorteihaft. Können vor Ort auch gemietet werden. Zum Haus: Das Haus wirkt viel moderner als auf den Fotos. Es liegt in einer Siedlung gemischt aus Ortsanwohnern, aber überwiegend Ferienhäusern. Kinder treffen sich auf den nahgelegenden Spielplätzen oder auf der Straße. Unser großer schloss gleich Freundschaft mit dem Nachbarsjungen. Im Haus ist die Treppe sehr steil und die Kinderzimmer befinden sich oben. Da kein Gitter vor der Treppe war, musste unser kleinster im Schlafzimmer unten schlafen. Ein Treppengitter wäre wünschenswert. Sonst war das Haus sauber und ordentlich, sehr gemütlich und der Garten ausreichend für die Kinder zum Spielen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, den man bei Problemen auch ansprechen kann. Schönes, geräumiges Haus, das - bis auf Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gegen die Stechmücken - so ziemlich alles bietet, was man benötigt. Sehr gepflegter Garten, sehr gute Lage. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!
