Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Villa Madda". 1.6 km from the centre of Dongo, 14 km from the centre of Menaggio, in a quiet position on a slope, 1.6 km from the lake. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees, indoor pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Como" 50 km, pebble beach 1.6 km, grass beach 2.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. Maintenance of outdoor areas once a week by a staff member.
