The house is well organized so you can enjoy both the life within it, especially for a life in the open air:
Within 2 panoramic rooms with sea views, with 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with kitchen with Triple Access. The kitchen equipped with all the crockery has oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher. washing machine.
The house is furnished with Sardinian accessories in warm and bright colors of white, ecru, turquoise details that recall the transparency of the sea of Chia.
Living in the light furniture crafts were juxtaposed panels and original decorations, selected to get a nice and cozy effect: the enormous basket full of pillows and window treatments that range from celestial, turquoise neutral to give a touch of color with graphics contemporary designs and traditional Sardinian.
In the house there is air conditioning in every room, hair dryer and linen.
Outside the house it is equipped with several relaxation areas and service.
A private back patio works as a service area where you can hang out the laundry, the pergola for dining area or outdoor dining is arranged on a wooden platform built on purpose to create a cozy and intimate atmosphere; is located in the most exclusive area of the house and is surrounded by a natural garden is in front of only the blue sea of Chia and the stain. Finally the panoramic veranda with a view of the spectacular dunes, the green, the sea and the expanse of the golf lawns: Magnificent !!!

Una vacanza da ricordare
La villa si trova all'interno di un complesso ben curato, con accesso privato, in posizione tranquilla e con vista mare, con spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, tramite comodo sentiero. Gli interni sono ben curati e risulta ottimamente accessoriata. Tutte le camere sono perfettamente climatizzate. All'esterno è presente un ombreggiato patio munito di tavolo e sedie, oltre a sdraio nell'antistante giardino e doccia nel retro. Gentile e veramente ospitale la proprietaria (Sig.ra Margherita), attento e professionale lo staff (Massimo e il Responsabile tecnico). Un luogo di vacanze certamente da consigliare.
