Fully equipped kitchen in the living area at the entrance, with sofa and French window with partial Lake view. Large bathroom with shower. Private outdoor little terrace in the common use courtyard with partial Lake view.
The position slightly set back from the beach keeps the flat cool even on summer days, but requires a few extra steps outside to enjoy the full lake view. From the little terrace outside you can see the lake about 50 meters away.
