Quiet holiday house with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons

The Casa Mare is a comfortably furnished, detached holiday home in a very beautiful hillside location, above the town of Dolcedo. There is room for
6 persons. 4 parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
From the terrace around the house you can expect a breathtaking panoramic view over the valley, the mountains and the sea. Because of its secluded location, you can relax and unwind in complete peace. At night you can see under the lights of the city of Imperia.
In the upper part of the house is a bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning and bathroom en suite. The bathroom is equipped with: shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
The living / dining area is comfortable with TV, air conditioning and pellet stove. The attached kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, gas stove 4 flames, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, fridge freezer and there is plenty of crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans available.
From the living / dining area it goes into the guest toilet, as well as a small staircase down. On the lower floor is the laundry room and basement area. There are two bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, one of the two bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has: shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.
The house has a washing machine, dryer and at the bottom of an additional large fridge freezer. For the sun loungers we keep ready for you beach towels, which are included in the rent.
The sun terrace invites you with a large garden table and chairs for leisurely meals, barbecues and lingering. In addition, it still offers enough space for the sun loungers.
The house is ideal for families or groups who not only want to enjoy the beach, but also dine and sunbathe on their own private terrace.
The house is not equipped for children under 4 years.
Please do not smoke in the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The final cleaning is € 90.00 because the house is very well maintained and is therefore cleaned with a great deal of effort.
The electricity is billed at € 0.50 per kwh.
Please do not forget to bring your towels and bed linen.
On request you can book bed linen for € 10,00 per person per stay.
