great getaway spot among the olive orchards above Dolcedo town. large size vans would have a hard time directly accessing the property but wonderful setting nonetheless and everything you need in a 2 bedroom 2 bath plus great terraces

Winter break

The house is absolutely enchanting, in the middle of an olive grove, with beautiful views and a wonderful and well-planned garden. The house is done up with such taste and everything is comfortable and well-organised and finished to a very high standard. We loved our time in the house and would be delighted to book in again.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung in sehr schöner Umgebung an einem Steilhang mit Blick aufs Tal.Leider gab es zeitweise nur eingeschrĂ€nkt Wasseranschluss, sodass Duschen, ToilettengĂ€nge etc. mit zeitlicher Verzögerung fĂŒr uns vierköpfige Familie vorgenommen werden konnten.Der KĂŒhlschrank war bei Ankunft nicht entleert.

wunderschönes Haus genau wie auf den Bildern

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Man kann einen Spaziergang nach Dolcedo unternehmen, wenn man den steilen RĂŒckweg nicht scheut. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist fĂŒr geĂŒbte Fahrer kein Problem. Die Heizung ist so konzipiert, dass man auch im Winter dort sein kann. Diese HĂ€user sind natĂŒrlich nicht gedĂ€mmt, wie man es aus nördlichen Breiten gewohnt ist - also muss man natĂŒrlich mit Zusatzkosten rechnen. Aber der Kamin ermöglicht es ein bisschen Gas zu sparen.Einmal funktionierte das warme Wasser nicht, es wurde sich binnen Minuten darum gekĂŒmmert.Der Ort, die Gastgeberin, die Organisation waren allesamt wunderbar und wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sonnig und schön

Angenehmes, stilvoll eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit grosser Terrasse auf 2 Ebenen, mitten in einem Olivengarten, auf ca. 230 m Höhe. Aussicht nach SĂŒdwesten, daher fast immer sonnig, im SĂŒden das Meer. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Imperia aus. Wir hatten nur ein verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende Zeit, haben dafĂŒr die Ruhe umso mehr genossen. Zu empfehen.

Un lieu charmant, une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able dans un cadre magnifique entourĂ© d'Oliviers. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Maison trĂšs fonctionnelle, propre et trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. Ambiance dĂ©tente assurĂ©e. Il faut aimer ĂȘtre un peu isolĂ© mais avec l'avantage d'ĂȘtre au calme. PrĂ©voir une voiture puissante pour accĂ©der et repartir du chemin trĂšs pentu.

Man fĂŒhlt sich Zuhause

Die Unterkunft war wir beschrieben. Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man nixht mitten im Trubel urlauben möchte. Die Orte Porto Maurizio und Imperia sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von der HaustĂŒr weg kann man nach Torrazza oder Dolcedo laufen, wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte. Vielen Dank

WohlfĂŒhloase mit anspruchsvoller Anfahrt fĂŒr grössere Autos

Haben alles in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden.Traumhafter Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und Orte. Unser Hund hat zwar Nachts öffters angeschlagen da sich vermutlich Wildschweine durch die angrenzenden Olivenhaine wĂŒlten. Ansonsten toll zum Ausruhen.

Die perfekte Auszeit!

Wir haben schon einige FerienhĂ€user ĂŒber Vrbo, AirBnB etc. gemietet, aber so wohl wie in diesem haben wir uns noch nie gefĂŒhlt! Wunderbar gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man so braucht (inkl. KĂŒche), beeindruckt das Haus vor allem mit seiner riesigen Terrasse in Mitten von alten OlivenbĂ€umen und der herrlichen Ruhe (Vogelgezwitscher und Gezirpe ausgenommen). Einzige Nachteile sind die zumindest zu Beginn etwas herausfordernde Anfahrt (ein kleines Auto ist ein großer Vorteil) und das manchmal etwas erratische WLAN...andererseits, wer braucht in so einer Umgebung Internet? Alles in allem: Höchste Empfehlung! Ciba & Markus

Beautifully furnished house, great terrace, awesome views

The house is beautifully designed with high quality material and comfortable for max 4 people. The terrace gives sun & shadow and awesome views. The hill is a bit isolated, it takes 15' by car to get to Porto Maurizio, which is nice small town with good access to the sea and a beautiful old center. Only drawbacks, access roads to the house are quite bumpy and difficult to navigate, you need a bit of courage. The high quality materials with strict instructions from the owner are a bit intimidating for a holiday home, I would not feel at ease with smaller children - lots of white, glass tables... But overall, great experience. To get to the house, follow instructions from the owner, Waze or Gps gets you lost on very narrow roads in the hills!

Sehr schönes Objekt mit enger Anfahrt

Das Haus ist sehr schön angelegt mit viel liebe zum Detail! Man kann wunderbar abschalten...! Jedoch ist die direkte Auffahrt zum Haus tatsĂ€chlich sehr eng mit kleineren Autos aber machbar! Unser Audi A6 dafĂŒr aber viel zu groß... er hat den Urlaub nicht ganz ohne Wunden ĂŒberstanden! Haben Ihn dann immer auf einem Platz oberhalb der HĂ€user stehen lassen ...! Aber sonst war alles schön... ! Wenn man mit Hund anreist sollte man noch wissen das es fast unmöglich ist mal schnell mit diesem an den Strand zu fahren ...die Italiener sind sehr Hundefreundlich... aber am Strand wollen sie diese nicht haben!! Das muss mir mal einer erklĂ€ren...

Traumhaftes Haus mit verwunschenem mediterranen Garten

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Entspannungsurlaub in diesem herrlichen Domizil mit Natur-pur. Der Garten ist so angelegt, dass man an vielen PlĂ€tzen herrlichen sitzen kann, begleitet vom Duft der KrĂ€uter und dem Zirpen der Grillen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig mit außergewöhnlich hohem Standard. Wir konnten dort wie von uns gewĂŒnscht herrlich Ruhe finden und wundervoll relaxen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder kommen.

Ein richtiges Juwel!

Wir waren drei Wochen (Juli/August 2017) in der Casa Liguria. Das Haus bietet allen erdenklichen Komfort und die Fotos entsprechen in allen Punkten der RealitĂ€t. Da wir gerne kochen, haben wir die perfekt ausgestattete KĂŒche geliebt und viel genutzt. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick ins Tal und nach Dolcedo. Dort gibt es mehrere PlĂ€tze mit Sitzgelegenheiten und LiegestĂŒhlen, der entsprechende Schatten kommt wahlweise vom großen Sonnenschirm oder den beiden wunderschönen OlivenbĂ€umen direkt am Haus. Durch die Hanglage weht immer ein angenehmes LĂŒftchen. Man kann sich also gut (und gerne) den ganzen Tag draußen aufhalten und z.B. Lesen, was wir hĂ€ufig getan haben. Aber auch innen ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gewandert sind wir wegen der extremen Hitze nur einmal, dafĂŒr waren wir fast tĂ€glich in Oneglia am öffentlichen Strand, wo man auch ohne Bagnio und nicht "Handtuch-an-Handtuch" hervorragend baden kann. Die bereits von anderen GĂ€sten beschriebene Zufahrt zum Haus ist tatsĂ€chlich steil und eng, war aber weder fĂŒr unseren Wagen (A4) noch fĂŒr uns ein Problem. Fazit: Die Casa Liguria von Rickmeyers ist ein wirkliches SchmuckstĂŒck und glĂŒcklich sei, wer darin seinen Urlaub verbringen kann!

Traumhaus auf dem Bergkamm

Wir haben die Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung.Der Ausblick von der Terasse wunderbar. Optimal fĂŒr uns war, dass wir uns unseren Hund mitbringen könnten und das GelĂ€nde eingezĂ€unt ist. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen .

Wir waren 4 erwachsene Personen mit einem Hund und haben uns hier richtig wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hochwertiges Geschirr und GlĂ€ser. Gute KĂŒche und Zubehör, kochen macht hier Spass. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Herrliche Umgebung und Dörfer. Gute Restaurants in der NĂ€he. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und Verwalter vor Ort. Allerdings schwierige Zufahrt (Aufsetzgefahr in der Einfahrt). MĂŒcken (könnten empfindliche Menschen etwas stressen). Zeitweise sehr instabile Hauptsicherung wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts (wahrscheinlich nur temporĂ€res Problem). Fazit: Wir wĂ€ren gerne noch lĂ€nger geblieben. Ein empfehlenswertes Idyll in dem man sich sehr geborgen fĂŒhlt !
