Die Mitarbeiter brĂ€uchten dringend mal eine ownership Schulung. „Ist nicht mein Verantwortungsbereich“, „Ich bin grade in der Pause“, „mĂŒssen Sie meinen Kollegen da hinten fragen“ sind Standard SĂ€tze im Van der valk. Das möchte man als gut zahlender Gast nicht hören. Wir haben uns vom Personal nicht gut betreut gefĂŒhlt. Sowohl Rezeption als auch beim Restaurant. Jeder manche nur das nötigste was er muss.

Vi har haft en skÞn ferie med venligt og hjÊlpsomt personale. Huset var stille og lydsvagt. HoveddÞren var meget utÊt, og det trak ind. EmhÊttens lys virkede ikke. Knive og sakse i kÞkkenet var i stykker. Vi klarede os, men det er en god ide at fÄ lavet det. I badelandet var vandet til de smÄ meget beskidt og meget koldt. Og der var meget klor i vandet

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Jetzt kommt das aber. Im Haus fehlten zwei Rauchmelder, ein LĂŒftungsgitter am KĂŒhlschrank und eine Badewanne war beschĂ€digt. Da wir lĂ€nger bleiben wollten war eine Aufbuchung unkompliziert. Beim Check out sagte man ich möchte bitte die Kurtaxe bezahlen, obwohl die bereits beim Check in bezahlt wurde. Auch sagte man mir das der ausgeliehene Grill noch offen sei. Auch dies stimmte nicht. Denn der Grill wurde bezahlt und die Kaution zurĂŒck erhalten. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Wir werden wieder kommen👍

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es war schön ruhig und idyllisch und man konnte mal abschalten. Auch die Autobahn war nicht zu hören und wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Das Erlebnisbad und die Saunalandschaften boten eine schöne Zeit zum entspannen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Möbel sind GebrauchsgegenstĂ€nde, gegen kleine SchĂ€den kann man nichts machen, man sollte sie aber trotzdem beachten und nach einigen Jahren mal austauschen. Ansonsten war alles gut soweit und man konnte sogar Nachts den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herrlich naturnahes Familienresort. Gute Unterkunft im Ferienhaus in sĂ€mtlichen GrĂ¶ĂŸen möglich. Tolles Schwimmbad, was auch nach lĂ€ngerem Aufenthalt noch interessant und ein Spaßgarant ist. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Leider hatte ich morgens um 4.30 KEIN warmes Wasser, fĂŒr GeschĂ€ftsreisende sehr ungĂŒnstig. Eigentlich ein no-go, dass Nachttemperatur-Absenkung! (Abends war das Wasser nĂ€mlich warm, also gehe ich von einer Nachtabsenkung aus.)
