Die Fotos passten leider nicht ganz zur Realität. Generell war es leider eine eher schmuddelige Wohneinheit die viele kaputte Böden hatte. Auch eine Fensterscheibe in der Küchenspeise fehlt gänzlich. Im ersten OG findet man neben einigen Spinnen auch eine wilden Sicherungskasten. Im Toaster befand sich noch ein vergammeltes Toasty Schnitzel…Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Sauberkeit!

Es fällt mir wirklich nicht leicht diese Bewertung abzugeben und es liegt mir fern Vermiter zu diskreditieren. Dennoch muss ich hier ein paar ehrliche und ernste Worte verlieren. Mal zu Beginn. Die Buchung war unkompliziert und auch der Vermieter war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Aber, aber, aber. Wir waren vom Zustand des Hauses schockiert. OK, es ist ein altes Haus, die Miete ist günstig, also kann man auch keinen Luxus erwarten. Aber die Sauberkeit und die hygienischen Zustände haben uns gelinde gesagt umgehauen. Die Küche und das Bad waren total verdreckt. WC, Badewanne und Amaturen waren dreckig und voller Kalk. Mit Sicherheit waren die nicht gereinigt, obwohl das der Vermieter sagte. Die Küche stand vor Dreck, der Boden, die Spüle etc.. Die Dunstabzugshaube hatte einen solch dicken Fettfilm, dass wir ihn selbst mit starkem Reiniger nicht weg bekommen haben. Außerdem hatte es zu wenig Gläser und Besteck. In den Schränken der Schlafzimmer waren Überreste der Vormieter zu finden z.B. Tabak. Außerdem waren Schubladen kaputt. Im Badezimmerschrank waren die gebrauchten Zahnbürsten der Vormieter liegen geblieben zumindest die hätten ja bei einer Reinigung auffallen müssen. Die WC Bürste haben wir entsorgt und eine neue gekauft- unzumutbar. Alles in allem also nur absolut starken Gemütern mit einer sehr entspannten Einstellung zu Hygiene und Sauberkeit zu empfehlen. Ansonsten Finger weg.
