The property Il Gheppio is composed by two farmhouses (mq.210 + mq.95) adjacent on two levels, located on the hills of Valdisieve (about 260 meters above sea level) 1.2 km from the town of Dicomano (all kinds of shops) and about 30 Km from Florence.
The area is rich in large woods and meadows, wide view, quiet location.
Furnished with care and taste, the property has a beautiful garden (2.000 sqm), equipped with tables and chairs to eat outside and has an exclusive pool for guests (10x5; h1,50), a vineyard owned, a covered loggia, barbecue and a private parking.
In an annex lives the receptionist which is available to customers for any request, even if the villa enjoys total privacy.
