The Indian Restaurant is the hidden gem

Had a bad experience, and will never go there again: 1- very old rooms. 2- the food was not good. 3- i had to pat for extra bed despite i booked the room for 4 persons. 4- restaurants and bar was closed at 6 pm new year evening so to for e guests book their special dinner which costs 750 aed/per. As a guest, i should have access to all amenities during my stay for the full opening hours. However, i would like to thank Jeff for he tried to help as much as he could.

Bad start but ended well

I was about to destroy this hotel in my review due to some issues we had there with a paid event and staff but as soon as I voiced my complaint, the other staff really stepped up to make things right. The manager called me the next day as well to apologize and offer my wife and I a dinner. I’d like to recognize Anu and Sabu for their great service and hospitality as well. Overall, the stay was good. It was dog friendly which we really enjoyed. The hotel was nice and the beach was beautiful. I don’t have children but it was very kid friendly as well.
