Villa with fantastic view on the Dianese Gulf.
Large garden / terrace divided into several zones: small swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (usable in the summer months), barbecue area and solarium area, deckchairs, outdoor tables.
The house consists of a large living room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, kitchen with large shelves, oven, microwave, dishwasher. N. 2 bathrooms finished in marble, one with a bathtub and one with a large shower. N. 2 bedrooms.
Parking space for 2 cars.
It is located in a quiet area, but in a few minutes you can reach the center of Diano where there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and cinemas. Very nice the promenade with numerous beaches. bar and a carousel for the little ones.
It is appreciated if guests smoke outside.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus und die Umlage war sehr schön. Im Pool gab es eine angenehme Abkühlung. Aussicht wunderschön.

Diano Marina

Die Aussicht war wunderschön, der Pool war für die Kinder ein highlight. Jedoch war es im Haus sehr heiss, trotz klimaanlage. Die Strassen bis zum Haus sind sehr eng, das wurde nie erwähnt, wir haben einen SUV und kamen knapp nach oben. 10min bis zum Strand ja,aber nur mit dem Auto. Plus punkt, die Küche ist gross, es hat eine Waschmaschine und Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Im grossen und ganzen 4 Sterne von 5!!!

Très belle vue Plages et commerces de Diano Marina accessibles en 15 mn à pied. Seul bémol : dans les équipements, peu de petites cuillères et de verres à vin. Très bonne semaine dans l’ensemble
