With two bedrooms, a recently updated full bathroom, and room to comfortably sleep up to six guests, it's an ideal spot for a small family or group looking for both relaxation and easy access to everything Dewey has to offer. Inside, the open-concept living area blends a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room, and flows right out to a screened porch and fenced-in patio—great for morning coffee, evening breezes, or letting your pup enjoy some outdoor time. Amenities include central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses, and assigned parking for one vehicle. Located in the lively heart of Dewey Beach, you're a short walk to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment, so you can park once and enjoy the town on foot. Please note that linens are not provided (rental packages are available). This home is pet-friendly with up to two dogs allowed, with pet fee per dog and a signed pet addendum; no cats permitted.
