OVERVIEW: This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo just one block from the beach is perfect for your hard-earned vacation! The fully equipped kitchen is every cook's dream, with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop, and a breakfast bar! A spacious, open living and dining area with comfortable seating for family and guests, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy great bay views from your private balcony just off the living room. The luxurious primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a private ensuite with double vanity sinks. It also provides a beautiful custom tile shower. The quaint second bedroom features a bunk bed (double over double), and the living room offers a sleep sofa. A stackable washer/dryer is available, along with free Wi-Fi. Our guests have full access to The Residences' landscaped rooftop plaza, where you can watch the sunset from the fire pit and listen to a large water feature. Please take advantage of the shared grilling area and grill out for dinner, or relax and enjoy our stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline. You can float in the indoor saltwater pool or chlorinated outdoor pool, or how about working out in the onsite gym? Park and walk everywhere downtown.

Perfect location but skip ReMax

The location is unbeatable, and we’ve stayed at the Hyatt and The Residence condos many times. This was our first ReMax property rental though, and we’ll never do it again if we can avoid it. Extra fees for things like linens, extra to-dos outside of Vrbo like signing a short-term rental agreement and downloading a new app, and extra steps to pick up keys and check in. Minimal amenities and supplies in the unit (outdated tvs, missing cookery). Lack of cleanliness (sand on the floor, mold in the washing machine). Find another host to stay at a similar property.
