Great location for a long weekend if not spending lots of time in the condo. Easy access to the beach. Nice to sit out on balcony in the morning and evening. Great coffee maker that USA ground coffee and K-cups. Bring your own kitchen towels if you use them as there are none, but plenty of bath towels and sheets. There are no blinds on the front and back doors. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Location was really the only impressive thing about this property. You can literally walk down the steps and onto the beach access ramp. Check-in process and communication with the management company was easy and responsive. The property itself is a bit dated and very shabby. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa itself looked like it had seen one too many frat parties, the rugs need replaced, and the tired metal chairs on the balcony (no cushions on the seats) were uninviting. The tiny galley kitchen, while equipped with basic items, (some of which looked like dollar store purchases) was nowhere near what the descriptions says is "a well-equipped kitchen complete with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the crew." Though there was a handy cleaning supply kit supplied for guests to do dish clean-up. But if your priority is to be close to the beach and center of town, this is a great find. As for price, well, it's what the market will bear, especially for the location!
