One of the outlets by the bed wasn’t working . The bedding was minimal. The carpeting in the room was obviously repaired at least once . No extra blanket for the room .

Great location to get to Devils tower and the Black Hills! One day the breakfast was great (biscuits and gravy, and a lot more!) but the next day someone did not fill the breakfast items on time. Basic rooms that served the purpose. The pool and hot tub were not working while we were there. If you just want a place to sleep, this is ok. Check out Custer State Park, Devils Tower and Spearfish Canyon!

The pool is out of service/there wasn’t even water in it. There is no elevator to carry up your suitcases. The AC has been around before I was born and it did not work very well at all. Kinda sketchy area with nothing else around.

Had to change rooms because there was no shower handle but we just moved next door and they were very apologetic. They have a brand new owner who is in the process of fixing long neglected maintenance (pool was closed). They are planning on buying all new mattresses. We will give them another try next time we come this way.

Staff were friendly and efficient but motel is dated. Truth be told there aren't many options in Sundance, WY. We ate dinner at the only option, the Longhorn Saloon and Grill. No coffee or breakfast in town on Mondays. The Crook County museum was a highlight of our stay. Don't miss it!

We had two rooms and both of the bathrooms were FILTHY. Urine all over the toilet,wiped up the floor with a washcloth and it was so dirty. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was so-so. Could have used some fresh fruit.

When i checked in the lady was very nice but it took 30 min to get checked in, tgen went to my room. My room was FREEZING! A window was open tgere was no bedding on the bed...NONE! I went back down to the desk to tell her. I was not offered a different room or anything, she just handed me all the bedding so I as A GUEST had to completely make the bed, tgen go back down for towels. Completely unacceptable!

After reading some reviews we were curious to see how the breakfast was. I can tell you, they definitely upped their game with breakfast: biscuits and hot gravy, many cereals including Gluten free, 3 different milks including dairy free, many flavors of oatmeal, juice, muffins, breads. They had hard boiled eggs and English muffins with Nutella, which is my favorite breakfast. The coffee was fresh and hot so I was definitely impressed! They also had granola, honey, cream cheese, nuts, raisins, several jellies, yogurts and mixed fruit cups. I did not expect such a great breakfast. They also accommodated us with our small dog. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is if they could post their pet policy and price online. It's tough to decide on a place to stay when you don't know what you will get charged for your pet.
