Comfortably furnished, quiet and fully equipped apartment in the beautiful Leda-Jümme area in the municipality of Detern, district Stickhausen. Separate entrance. Living room with sofa bed, TV with satellite and DVD. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine etc. Shower / toilet with washing machine, dryer and hairdryer. Separate terrace with seating area and grill possibility. Bed linen and towels and final cleaning included. Non smoking apartment children up to 3 years free. Cot and high chair available. WiFi is available. Parking at the house. A small dog is allowed. 

Holiday house behind the linden trees:
Through a separate entrance you enter the apartment via a flat staircase. In the living room there is a TV with satellite connection and DVD player. The three-seater couch is extendable and can be bedded for two people. The window faces the garden and gives the apartment the necessary tranquility. The adjoining bedroom, separated by a curtain instead of a door, is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Bed linen is available for free. In the separate kitchen you will find an electric stove with oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer next to the sink. Coffee machine, microwave, mini oven, toaster and dishes round off the equipment. A radio is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hand wash basin, washing machine, dryer and hairdryer. Towels and bath sheets are available free of charge. WiFi is available in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed.

Das Objekt ist super gelegen, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und die Vermieter wohnen direkt unten drunter (knarzender Boden, Fernsehgeräusche, Kuckucksuhr...). Hat uns aber nicht so viel ausgemacht, da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren. Ansonsten sind die Vermieter nett, aber auch sehr präsent. Also nicht geeignet, wenn man vollkommen seine Ruhe haben möchte. Von der Ausstattung her war es super!

Schöne FeWo mit Wohnraum (großer TV), Schlafbereich, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, Bad, Flur - alles 1.Etage und großem eigenen Eingangsbereich im EG. Nette Vermieter.
