Villa Palazzo is a seven bedroom gulf-front home on the beautiful shores of Crystal Beach. Equipped with a fireplace and uninhibited views of the dazzling Emerald Coast, spend your vacation nights cozying up to watch the sun as it sets as the cool breeze rolls in.

As soon as you walk onto the property, Villa Palazzo wows guests with its luxury architecture and classic romantic decor. The home has two floors, each offering panoramic views of the Gulf. The first floor welcomes guests with a jaw-dropping foyer with vaulted ceilings, and a wrapped staircase. As you're ushered into the living area, the elegance of the decor stuns. Accents of gold and canvas paintings adorn the room and are accented by a fireplace and flatscreen TV for entertainment. You'll be able to look right out onto the Gulf from the living room before heading into the dining and kitchen area.

Chandeliers abound, the dining room is no different. With room to seat plenty, the kitchen overlooks the dining area and is wrapped with a bar for seamless conversation. In the kitchen, you'll have access to state-of-the-art appliances, to make the cooking experience one you'll enjoy! With its open-concept design, you'll be able to prepare a meal and still enjoy the party!

There's access to the patio and a beautiful private pool through gorgeous double doors from the family room. The first floor is also home to the master suite and another guest room is also located on the first floor, along with the laundry room.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and views of the gulf. The private en suite bathroom is a sight of luxury with a jetted tub, glass stand-up shower, and dual sinks and vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and double doors that lead to the foyer. The shared bathroom has a stand-up shower. Both rooms are styled with luxe French decor throughout.

As you head upstairs, you're ushered into a sitting room befitting royalty, accented by balcony views of the Gulf. You'll find the remaining five bedrooms throughout the top floor. From the sitting room you can overlook the living and foyer areas, giving a refreshing perspective of just how expansive this home is.

The third bedroom has a flat screen TV, a king-sized bed, that shares a bathroom with the sitting area. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination and a tile vanity sink.

The fourth bedroom has a writing desk nook, turquoise headboard king-sized bed with a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is like looking into a history book on French and baroque design, and is accented by a tub and a tile stand-up shower.

The fifth bedroom is perfect for families willing to share a space with two queen beds, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a tub and shower combo, and tile vanity sink. Adjacent to the bathroom is a second laundry room.
In addition to the bedrooms upstairs, the second floor has a second living room, kitchenette featuring stainless steel appliances and a dining area.

A queen bedroom and queen bunk room round out the remaining bedrooms and both share a bathroom. Both rooms have flatscreen TVs and the bathroom has a water closet featuring a tube and shower combo.

Nice property located on the beach!! Plenty of room for our entire family!! Only drawback was the strange upstairs floor plan which required going through one bedroom to gain access to the other 3 bedrooms. Destin is a great place for a family vacation!!

The house was amazing. The location was fantastic. Highly recommend this house. We had 3 families. 6 adults and 5 kids and plenty of room for everyone to have their own area. Being right on the sand made it so enjoyable. Perfect vacay!!

Nice vacation spoiled by maintenance organization.

Well appointed house. Nice views. Small but nice pool. Good kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms are arranged in a dis functional way. Unless you exit outside( like a guesthouse) all the bedrooms have to gothrough the front bedroom to get to a hall. Cannot tell that from the description. Lastly, and most importantly the maintenance organization FIVE STAR PROPERTIIES bascically ruined the vacation with one incident. Their maintenance man showed up at the house unannounced and demanded entry. I refused, we had not called for anything. He became angry and threatened me physically. Should have called police. Reported to FIVE STAR PROPERTY manager who was concerned and apologetic but I never received any feedback so not sure what action was taken.

Beautiful beach front home

We just got home from staying in this home for a week with 11 or us there. The location is fantastic! Easy access to everything. Being right on the beach was wonderful and the young man taking care of the beach set ups was so friendly and helpful. The house itself is a great size. Although it has an kind of an awkward layout and that floor plan was not included on Vrbo. It worked out good for us though. The only thing I would encourage improvement on is the pans/skillets need replacing in the kitchen and when they move the floor rugs they need to put them back correctly (the master bedroom rug was all crooked and wrinkled, the 2nd den area rug was all messed up too) but that’s an easy fix. We were overall very impressed with it all and would definitely stay there again.

Villa Pilazza

House was big and had nice views. Downstairs was awesome. Problem was with layout upstairs. You either had to go thru a bedroom and bathroom to get to back part of house or go outside up the stairs. Also the kitchen needs to be fully stocked with serving pieces, dishes, pans. Had to call for blender. Bought other stuff needed. Also lost power right at dusk. Management did respond and brought flashlights until circuit breaker was replaced. Had trouble getting locks on bikes undone.
