The Crows Nest es una hermosa casa recientemente renovada de 3 camas, 2 baños, que admite mascotas, tiene capacidad para 10 personas, cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje privada y está ubicada en la comunidad de Crystal Beach Cottages, a solo 3-5 minutos a pie de la playa. La comunidad de Crystal Beach Cottages ofrece un parque y una piscina climatizada estacionalmente a solo unos minutos a pie.


Al ingresar a la casa, se le presenta una sala de estar bellamente decorada y un plano de planta abierto de la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar. ¿Buscas preparar una comida familiar? Haga uso de todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina junto con las nuevas encimeras de granito y una barra de desayuno con capacidad para 8. Great Location!

Not only is this house in a great location, which is like a block from the beach, it's so clean and nicely decorated. There is so much to do around the area that is in walking distance (shopping, restaurants, gas, groceries, etc.)

Great place to stay with friends!

This house is gorgeous and is close to so many places. Just a short walk to Camille’s for a bite to eat and you can bike or walk anywhere. Very friendly area.

Great Beach Location

We loved this beautiful house in a cute quaint beach neighborhood. The garage had plenty of beach supplies for us and we enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Coffee on the front porch, dinners by the grill and evening drinks by the fire.

Great beach house

Such a cute beach house! Very spacious for our family of 7. The beach is really not a 5 min walk away, a 5 min drive is more like it, but not a hassle. The pool is less than 5 min walk and very easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!

Went to Destin to watch our son graduate from EOD school. Great location, less than 5 minutes to the beautiful beach. Close to highway but in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, lovely decor and great amount of room for 4 adults.

Property and Location was perfect!!

Everything about this property was perfect for our group. The house included several beach items and corn hole boards/bags. The layout was great and the décor was adorable! The public beach access was just down the street only took a few minutes to walk there. The public beach access also had bathroom which was a bonus. Lots of stores and restaurants super close by as well. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Home was comfortable and nicely decorated. Porch, hot tub, and fire pit area were great. Nice community. Dryer didn’t work but I didn’t notice until our last night’s stay. Host was very responsive.

Almost place. Close to everything. Clean, updated, and spacious. On the first night the living room tv fell off the wall. Thought we’d be without the tv all week. Called the property management and a new tv was mounted on the wall the next day before we got back from the beach. Great place.

Nothing but good things to say about this property. It was very clean upon arrival. Check in process was flawless. Mgmt team was responsive to communications. Wonderful location. 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The house came with a large beach wagon which we used everyday, beach chairs, toys, umbrella and more. As my wife said, this is now her favorite part of Florida. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit in October 2021 at this property. Overall the location and the layout of the property were great for our family. The only minor hiccup was that the pictures represented that there were beach toys/chairs in the garage and upon arrival there were basically none. The property management co wasn't much help with a solution. If we had known in advance we would have brought our own. We didn't let that minor issue detract us from having a great time and everything else about the property was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Location; Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very well decorated, wonderful location to beach. We rented a golf cart and due to the short cut breezeway our children would beat us to the beach by walking. Golf cart was only useful for bringing all the beach gear and cooler. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to make all my meals. There was a blender and a crockpot which I asked about ahead of time and the management company didn’t know and thus I thought I would mention it here. The only suggestion for the owner is to have a different kitchen garbage can as the double recycle style was small and not functional for the amount of trash we accumulated each day. A single trash can would be sufficient given the outdoor recycle bin was not accessible to guests. Although the inside was immaculate, the cleaning crew neglected the outside prior to our stay and there were several areas of dog waste and trash throughout the yard. I blame the prior guests for not picking up after themselves not the property’s fault but I would encourage the cleaning crew to do a walk around the yard before turning over the property. Despite these very minor complaints I would stay at this property again as I felt it was beautiful, perfectly located, quiet, and easily accommodated sleeping arrangements for our ten guests comfortably without giving up living area space. Thank you for letting us stay and I hope others enjoy their vacation at the Crows Nest!

Nice property - horrible property management company

The house was nice and comfortable. Do not rent a house if Destin Palms Vacations is the property management company. They will outright lie to you. The hot tub and patio with fire pit were the main reasons we chose this house. We were only able to use the hot tub one time during our one week stay. The circuit panel fried so I called the property management company. I was told they would call the owners to see about getting it fixed and get back to me with an update. They never called. I had to call several times to finally be told the hot tub would not be fixed while we were there for the week. I was told that someone would call me back to discuss some sort of discount. No on called. I called again the day we checked out. I was told someone would be calling me. No one called. I called the week after was told someone would call me. I then called and of course there was no manager so I asked to have one call me. No one has called. I was told repeatedly and assured someone would call me back every time I called. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service and blatantly being lied to. I will never stay at a property managed by your company. The owners of this property should know what this propriety management company is doing.
