Swing by the fitness facility for a workout, check out complimentary DVD rentals. Go solo in the indoor pool (heated seasonally) or join the family outside for seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for personal or professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1512 is a comfortable, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Drenched in soft whites and sandy hues, the decor and furnishings are designed to settle you in for a relaxing stay. Everyone can cozy up or spread out in the living room, with a plush sofa, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. Prepare snacks, meals, and cocktails in the fully-appointed kitchen and enjoy it all at the dining table with seating for six. Savor gorgeous sunrises and sunsets on the balcony, accessible from either the open-concept living/dining space or the master suite. Recharge with a restful night’s sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room, on twin beds in the guest suite, or on a king-sized bed in the master suite with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.



Head over to Destin Commons for a day of shopping just ten minutes away! Spend an afternoon perusing the outdoor lifestyle center, filled with restaurants, boutiques, a movie theater, and a Bass Pro Shop!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Gorgeous, clean property with stunning views! We loved our stay with the exception of a loud ticking in the walls from 615 - 645 every morning that woke up our entire family for the duration of our stay.

The building inside look kind like (ugly , old, wear), they are working on that they where painting the building outside, but the room beautiful. Everything clean, new, big. The view was amazing. Beautiful!!!! . The location espectacular closed to everything. We really like it. I definitely will come Back next year for sure

We loved this property! Terrific views, clean and nicely decorated unit. Comfortably fit our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and came in handy as traffic on the main strip was heavy making eating out challenging. Easy access to beach. Facility rents umbrella and chairs but reserve in advance if you want front row set up. If we return to Destin we will definitely book this condo again!

Handicap Access to the Beach

We were disappointed that there was no ramp by the stairs that leads to the beach. My friend is handicapped and uses a walker; it was very hard trying to get her down the stairs and on to the beach. The so called “ramp” that the resort has was way over on the other side of the outdoor pool & we had to get someone to unlock it to go through and it makes for a long walk for the handicap person to get to the group on the beach. After going through the gate it is then locked again so if the handicap person needs to use the restroom, you had to go get someone to open the gate again. I feel the resort should be more handicap friendly and have a ramp by the stairs where everyone else accesses the beach. This was my third visit to SunDestin and we love it there. Josh was very professional and very alert to what was going on around the beach area, he was very helpful to us. The young Jamaican girl in the resort store was very friendly and helpful to us also. I am definitely looking forward to our next visit! 👍

This is now my favorite place to stay!! Perfect location, view, balcony, Everything!!!

Being able to lay in bed and watch the waves, sunrises and sunsets was Amazing! I was able to look out of another window from bed and see the lights from town. This condo was perfectly clean and stocked with anything needed for cooking or relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony!! We will be back🥰

Amazing view and location

The view from the room, property amenities and the location were amazing. It was too cold for the outdoor pool and beach when I visited so we really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool!
