Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals and be sure to swing by the gift shop for trip mementos. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four, successfully bringing the outdoors in for a delightful beach getaway! You’ll find everything in the fully-appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or just take it easy and lounge in the sunny open-concept space. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV, gather around the dining table with seating for four, and take in spectacular views on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bed down on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Destin is a great place for family vacationing, brimming with an array of eateries for the whole family to enjoy. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House and Steamer or Margaritaville on the Destin harbor, both specializing in fresh cuisine and just five minutes from property!

Great Vacation in 1110

Property was in great shape as usual. Room 1110 was very clean and comfortable. The best thing about this room is the great view of the Gulf! Only downside of our stay was the smell of weed while we were sitting on our balcony and loud bassy music being played from somewhere.

Unit was fairly clean, but very dated. Tropical storm Fred arriving on Monday and our flight was canceled so we checked out a day early. We were told we would not get the last night refunded unless they called for an 'evacuation' of the property. I am in the hotel industry and we would NEVER peanlize a guest for doing the right thing by being proactive to get themselves home safely. Not a good way to promote guest loyalty. We will not be back nor will we recommend this condo to others.

The property was a little older and lots of stains on walls and ceiling. Furniture was run down and uncomfortable pool area was old and needed paint. Room did not cool down Area was nice and beach was beautiful. Love the Destin area but will not stay here again

Freedom from pandemic finally!

The condo was neat and clean as seen in its pictures ....nothing to complain about at all. Liked the colors and layout. Enjoyed our 3 day escape from a floor refinishing at our house in Georgia. Also loved being able to dine out at places like Louisiana Laniappe without masks. For a year we had been dreaming of inhaling ocean breezes and it was worth it!
