Great stay! Will stay again! Parking through the day was a little crazy. If you leave through the day you’ll lose your parking close to your room if your able to even park in the parking lot since the condos across the street can park there also.

We loved this beautiful Beach House! Decorated perfectly on the beach, with a peak at the ocean front the back porch! Very clean and plenty of room! ☀️🌊😎🏝️

Best place we've stayed!

We have stayed in Destin 3 times, this has been by far the best place we stayed. The location was perfect, walking up to the sound of the beach is priceless for us. We actually came with our pet and even though he wasn't allowed at the beach the place was everything we hope for. Definitely coming back next year.

Amazing place

An amazing place to stay. We loved the accommodations and location. Beach access was a breeze. Quiet and peaceful place in destin yet close to everything. We are already planning our next trip and decided we will not look into any other places. This is our go to from now on.

Nice condo but very limited supplies. Front door lock hard to operate. Towel rack in master bath falling off wall. Overhead lights would be nice. Parking difficult at times. Not technically beach front.

Spring Break

I brought my daughter and her roommates to the condo for spring break. We had a great week. The condo was clean and quiet but the best feature by far is the location! Just walk down your back stairs and you are at the beach.

Excellent condo and even better location

My family thoroughly enjoyed condo 1145! It was clean, modern, and spacious. We had plenty of seats whether we were eating a meal or playing board games. The beachfront access was the absolute best too! Once you step off the patio, you’re only a few steps from the ocean. Amazing trip! We’ll definitely stay here again!!
