Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this recently redecorated condo.  This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bath with soaking tub and shower. The living has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features updated new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. Large 65" flat screen TV can be found in the living room with 50" TVs in both bedrooms. This is an east end unit with extra windows in the kitchen, living room, and dining room.  Reserved indoor parking. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.
