New high-end finishes include wood like plank tile throughout, granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, large custom walk-in shower in the master bathroom, custom tub/shower combo in guest bathroom. King bed in master bedroom with 2 queens in guest bedroom. Kitchen Aide ice maker in wet bar and abundant, high-quality patio furniture complete the unit. Offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) The property is so clean and beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. We are still driving home and already daydreaming about our next trip to Gulfgate. No need to shop the area, this is THE place to stay!!

Destin Gulfgate 1006
The property was in great condition and my wife and mother-in-law loved how it was decorated. The best of all was the amazing water front view and easy access to the beach which is nice with little ones. Would drive back down right now and purchase the place and make it my permanent place if money grew on trees😁

Vacation Perfection
We’ve stayed at Gulfgate before. We returned because the location cannot be beaten. The unit was immaculate. Appliances are newer than in most condos. The decor is beachy without being cheesy. Property manager is responsive to questions. There was nothing worth complaining about. Will definitely return to this location (and this unit) again and again.
