We were very happy with this house! More than anything we loved the view!! The kitchen was very equipped with everything we needed. We had to walk probably about a 10 minute walk to get to the oceanfront, but I didn't mind it because I had a little exercise. The other closest Inlet beach was nice but not as much wind, which was better sometimes. My husband and I loved the mattresses. We loved the elevator for getting our luggage and stuff up and down to go to the beach. It messed up once and they were over there quickly to get it fixed. The communication was excellent and very friendly and informative about what was going on in the area and the food truck by the beach. I would like to stay at this house again.

This destination and property was wonderful! Great sunset views, plenty of space for our large family, beach access within a few steps, access to multiple pools, including one less than a block away, and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time in this beautiful location.We would recommend this home and location for anyone, especially families! It has access to the Gulf waves as well as the calm ocean behind the Jetty, it has easy beach and pool access, wonderful views, and is in a wonderful neighborhood.

Exceptional view! Quality accommodations. Wonderful set up for big group. House came with a ton of toys for the beach, including fishing poles. Also came with 4 bikes. Can't say enough good things - totally worth the price!

Pelican Pointe

Great location with great views of the gulf and amazing sunsets. Easy short walk to the beach and the pool. Other than a water leak from the 3rd floor bathroom, we have no complaints. Property management was great, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely rent this home again.

Pretty as the Pictures!

My family rented this house and one across the street. This house was the center of action for dinner with such a spacious main living space. The balconies are perfect for watching the sunset and fireworks! It happened to rain a bit on our trip and the convenient location near the sea dunes & bay made it easy for getting time in the sun. The tram golf cart was available to get the ocean side but the walk across the cute pond was easy enough. The 2 pools on the property are clean and perfect for the kids. The house is well equipped with baskets and bags for storage. You won’t regret choosing a stay at Pelican Pointe. Happy Travels!

Amazing house!!!

The house was excellent! It was everything we hoped and more! It was clean and all the appliances and supplies were great! We enjoyed the extras for the beach (chairs, games, etc.). The view from the balcony was perfection! The communication with the property management was fantastic but we had no issues to report! We want to go back!!

Pros & Cons

Pros: location, decor, easy to communicate with property management company, plenty to do, well stocked kitchen (except for pots/pans), great views and beach access. Cons: Unit could’ve been cleaned better. One room had clearly not been vacuumed or swept at all. It seemed as if the rugs had never been vacuumed as we would get other people’s hair stuck to us from the rugs. There were fresh stains on some of the indoor and outdoor furniture that I had to clean off before sitting. If you plan to cook or grill at all, this may not be a good place to stay. Even using the fan/vent, the smoke alarms went off every single time we cooked or used the outside grill (which also hadn’t been cleaned in ages). The smoke alarm is directly in the kitchen and right near the door that accesses the grill. It went off so often that the batteries died in one of the smoke detectors and it beeped all night, not once, but twice, in two different smoke detectors. As a result, there were two nights where nobody got any sleep at all, which was very frustrating. One night we were able to turn off the chirping because we could reach the smoke detector, but the next night we couldn’t reach it in a vaulted ceiling. The property management team did change the batteries on one, but not all, so it just continued. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and location but I would only recommend if you don’t plan to cook/grill much.

Best house/location!!!

We all LOVED our stay here and didn’t want it to end! Perfect location in quiet neighborhood with amazing views! We definitely plan to be back. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. and comes with 4 bikes as well. Don’t miss booking this gem!
