Pelican Beach 9th floor upgraded and corner 1 bedroom unit with amazing ocean views.

Our fully furnished family vacation condo is right at the beach with unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, balcony, kitchen, and dinner areas. Because it is a corner unit, beautiful gulf views are available through two different windows in the living area! It is fully upgraded with new paints, floors, furniture, smart TVs, microwave, vanities, bedding and more. The view from 9th floor patio is amazing, perfect for enjoying our picturesque sunrises and sunsets. We offer free parking, beach chairs/umbrella, and free high-speed Wi-fi. Pelican Beach Resort has very loyal customers that come back again and again every year.

There is no road to pass, we are directly on the beach.

This is a no smoking facility; smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules. Smoking is only allowed at two designated locations at the Resort.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last-minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates.

Pets are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

We do not have snowbird monthly rates. We provide a 30% discount for stays longer than 28 days. This discount is already built into the rate you see when you go to “pay now”.

You will feel the luxury all around you in this condo. The unit is updated with new paints, floors, furniture, TVs, microwave, vanities, fans and more. All the appliances are Stainless Steel. Brand new mattresses in the master bedroom and bunk beds. Cool Gel queen memory foam mattress at the sofa bed. New couch in the living room. The unit is tastefully decorated with everything that you would need. We operate the rental ourselves as a family so you will get individual attention from us. This unit has best views from the 9th floor with a good percentage of sand, ocean, and sky. We use a very experienced cleaning company with a great attention to detail.

Washer and dryer are located on the same floor, next to the elevators at the laundry room. Machines accept credit card and coins (bring 8 quarters for one washer/dryer cycle).

You will have access to everything Pelican Beach Resort offers. Amenities include 5 pools (including 1 indoor), spa, sauna, steam room, gym, game room, cafe, Tiki bar, outdoor grills, beach service, EV charging, tennis/pickleball court and basketball hoop.

Extra pillows and blankets provided should you need them.

We provide a Pack n' Play in the unit. (No mattress or linens for Pack n' Play).

Kitchen is fully stocked for your needs. We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters.

We provide beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. You may also rent chairs and umbrella from the beach vendor if you so desire. We provide their contact info so you may rent in advance if you wish to have front row chairs.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code, and make yourself at home.
Stop at Reception only to register (where they check the age requirements), get a parking pass and resort bracelets (during March-October) and sign the rules and regulations for the Resort. Please note that maximum of 6 people can register per unit.

Our check-in is at 4pm, Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort, register at the front desk and get your parking pass and pool bracelets and enjoy the beach and the pools. However, we do not allow early check-ins to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back-to-back and we need extra time to prepare the condo.

We are very close to the Destin Marina and a shopping complex of Target and other convenience stores. Lots of restaurants walking distance to the area. The Back Porch, Dewey, Mcguire's, Brotula's, Boshamps, Another Broken Egg Cafe and the cafe inside Pelican Beach Resort next to the heated indoor pool are our favorites. Also, Donut Hole is a must visit! Destin's favorite water park, The Big Kahuna's is across the street. Pelican Beach is a location loved by everyone who vacation at Destin.

Pelican Beach Resort has its own open and closed parking inside the Resort. Each guest is allowed up to two cars and there is plenty of free parking place for you. You may also bring your boat or RV and park at the open parking area. You do not necessarily need a car during your stay, but we recommend it since it makes going to nearby attractions easier. There are two new level 2 EV chargers that are located on the upper level of the parking garage next to the Conference Center pedestrian bridge.

All the major amenities in the resort are free of charge: Covered parking, beach access, pools, renovated gym, hot tub, sauna, renovated steam room, tennis/pickleball court, basketball hoop, to name a few.
