Indulge in the sheer elegance of this exquisite modern beach home, located just a short stroll from the renowned white sandy beaches of Destin. This professionally decorated retreat offers 7 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Relax by the palm tree-lined, heated pool, a private oasis perfect for your beach vacation.

***Please note that this home is not a spring break party house. If you throw big parties you will be evicted with no refund.***

The Space:
Boasting a generous 3,300 square feet of living area, this spacious abode provides ample room for large family reunions or multiple families looking to vacation together. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room, and two king bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find four additional king rooms with private balconies, as well as a large living room designed for the kids, complete with a queen sleeper sofa. Each living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, while the bedrooms offer 32" TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, the expansive backyard beckons with its private pool, which can be heated for a nominal fee during certain seasons. Take advantage of the gas grill for some delightful outdoor cooking, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, and relax in the shaded area furnished with umbrellas and plenty of loungers. The driveway easily accommodates up to 7 vehicles, and there's ample space for your boat or RV as well.

The listing is accurate. We had 3 small families travel in for a reunion and it was easy to find and easy to get in. Property was super clean and easy to navigate. Each room felt like a master bedroom in its own way so it felt equal and the pool was great with the kids! Close to beach and a few restaurants. Will definitely be back!!

We are a tough family to please. Richard and Ron went above and beyond the mark! Pros: The amount of comfortable space is incredible! We had our mothers (70+) and our three daughters 17+. The balconies off the bedrooms were a huge plus. The neighborhood is nice and familial. We appreciated the noise ordinance as we are quiet people. The eateries are not only convenient but delicious! Publix, Walmart, shopping centers, everything one would need. Richard and Ron made sure the house lacks for nothing. There was an abundance of towels for bathing and even toilet pacer. We brought our own pool towels. The pool is a nice size and refreshing,crystal clear! The beach is a short walk but if you have elderly or little ones you should take the 3 minute drive to the Crab Shack and enter from there. We cannot express enough how impressed we were with the customer service and the home!!!!! Top notch treatment. Cons: Cleaning is always a challenge. As we used to own a cleaning business, our only suggestion would be a deep clean maybe once a month, including ceiling fans. No major complaints at all, still very very nice. Just a suggestion and not a complaint, lights on the trees or the fence would be FABULOUS!!! The bright lanai nights are a bit bright at night for ambiance. We kept them off and used the inner lights from the home. We know it’s a huge expense but a hot tub would be amazing!!!! Again, not a complaint but a suggestion for older ones. Again FABULOUS!!!

House is wonderful. Plenty of room for 15 of us. Loved the fact that the house was walking distance from the beach. Allowed us to come and go as needed and made for a more comfortable time while enjoying the beach. The whole family agreed they would absolutely stay again.

2024 Family Vacation

We arrived at 84 Cobia to find a clean and well-maintained property. The third floor is set up with bunk beds which were perfect for the youngest generation. The second floor with its four bedroom/baths was ideal for our four married children. The second floor living area with its sofa bed was a nice usable space as well. The main floor was plenty roomy for our entire crew for meal prep, eating, lounging and spending time together. The two main floor bedrooms were nice and roomy. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers that meet all our needs. The pool in the backyard was clean and well used when the kids still wanted to swim but the adults didn’t feel like hauling all the back to the beach. The outside shower was a plus to keep most of the sand out of the house. The manager was very quick to respond to our questions and responsive when we alerted him to the bathroom plugs not working. He arrived timely to flip the breaker that had been tripped before our arrival. With a group our size, we ate most of the meals at the house. The refrigerator is a large one, but a second one would have been handy to keep drinks cold vs using a cooler and ice. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay and enjoyed our time there. We would rent the house again should our family vacation time find us once again on the Emerald Coast. Thanks for sharing your house with the Jinks Crew!

BIRKS FAMILY VACAY

May 31-June 4, 2024: We had an absolutely marvelous stay!! There were 9 adults, ranging in ages from 18 to 75. And then the “cherry on the sundae” was witnessing the blissful joy of our youngest grandchild who is 17 months old. Both the size and location of this property were perfect for us! Very quick responses from the property manager, especially to my inquiry for an earlier check-in. This is a beautiful & well-maintained property. Highly recommend!!

Our stay here was beyond what we expected! ☆☆☆☆☆They had everything you would need to prepare a feast and some! The manager and property manager stayed in contact with us consistently! Not only was the neighborhood adult friendly, but also children friendly, too. The house had things in place for those individuals with smaller children, like high chairs, games, toys for the pool, and a 3rd floor dedicated to them with bunk beds. The beach was just a few minutes from the house. I loved the fact that we had a heated pool the whole stay. Love, love, loved the entire week there as I left the old year, brought in 2024, and celebrated my 50th birthday. EXCELLENT STAY & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I even had a 50th birthday shoot there! If you're looking for somewhere that feels like home, this is the definitely the spot to be!

All in all it was very nice. The house was perfect size for 14 people that were with us. Everyone having their own bathroom was great. The only thing I would recommend is a good vacuum that can be used to get up the sand. Also a few more hand towels would be great. We had a great time would go back next time we go to Destin
