RIGHT ON THE SUGAR, WHITE, SAND BEACH!! #1112 AWESOME VIEW!

Pelican Beach resort is a family friendly complex! Voted the #2 best beach in Florida! by southern Living Magazine. Not surprisingly, the water is an awesome blue green color that the gulf is famous for. My condo is a premium condo on the 11th floor. One of the few, with the extra large balconies! What a fabulous view!. Tile floors throughout. you can have your morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sugar white sandy beach and the brilliant aquamarine water. See the sunrise, watch the dolphin play, see pelicans dive, and the manatee swim. At night, look left and see the colored lights of the city of Destin. This condo has the best views in Destin.
AND OF COURSE......WIFI!!
Two bedrooms, both with private baths. Master has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has a tub/shower. Guest bedroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs. As well as a flat screen tv in the living area. Master bedroom has sliding screen doors to the balcony. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean! The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 6 and the two bar stools add two more quests. The loving area is quite spacious with floor length mirrors to enhance the view! the pull out couch has a queen mattress. All the comforts of home!

Arrival is easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the elevator to the 11th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your dates approaches. Don't worry about loosing your keys at the beach. For security ...no one has the code but you! The code changes with each guest and will change when you leave. So take everything when you leave. You won't be able to get back in!

Excellent service! Loved the facility. Our unit was exactly like the pictures and very clean. I like that you can set your own beach umbrellas and chairs up. I didn’t realize that would be an option, so next time I will bring my own. I highly recommend this unit for a great stay!

Overall wonderful stay. The only issue was there was not enough blankets or toilet paper and there was still sand on the floor. The place was beautiful and loved the location! Had a great stay. I will go back!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and organized. Everything at the resort was great. The only downfall is the rental chairs. If you don’t want to rent for 60 a day you have to set up behind 5 rows of chairs. If you do want to rent i suggest booking them before your stay as they were full everyday except one. Everything else was exceptional. The host communicated great with us and answered all questions. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Gorgeous view of the ocean.

Everything was wonderful except you need to know if you bring your own chairs instead of paying for the ones on the beach, you will have to sit behind everyone, not near the water.

Totally enjoyable trip

Everything was spot on for our trip, great location, very nice condo, of course beautiful beach views. We have been going to this area for over 20 years, but usually more towards Sea Side. Being in Destin was nice as it is so close to everything. We were there before spring break so traffic restaurants etc not crowded at all. Barb was excellent to work with, the condo is very well stocked with everything we needed. great views and overall very comfortable place to be. We plan on doing again next year

Excellent property- Would rent again!

Enjoyed our vacation on the beautiful beaches of Destin and in this rental! Gorgeous views of sunrises from the balcony, peaceful relaxing days spent on the beach and at the pool! Loved the location and especially the master bedroom! The 2nd bedroom and beds were a little small for our family but would be perfect for a family with younger children. Overall the unit was great- just a few things worn down with use (to be expected) however we would definitely rent it again!
