Beautiful home

Our group of 12 adults and 4 kids really enjoyed this home. The private and large bedrooms with bathrooms and the 3rd floor kids area was great for privacy. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Only a few seconds to the beach and amazing restaurants, shops, grocery stores and kid friendly activities. Any correspondence to the property team was answered quickly. A perfect 10 from our group.

Fabulous Girla Getaway

A group of 23 women stayed here for our annual girls getaway. The home was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out, or to come together. The host communication was prompt and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This VRBO was an awesome place to stay. I planned this trip for my 30th birthday with friends and family and the house was in the perfect location and had everything we could have asked for. The host was awesome with answering questions quickly and communicating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a big group who is visiting Destin. 5/5 stars

Great stay for a guys trip

We have a group of 16 friends from all over the country that meet up for a golf trip once a year. This house was perfect for us. Super close to the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. Would highly recommend for any large group of friends or families. Thanks for letting us stay in this house.

Everything was perfect. There were beach chairs you could use for the beach left by former guests. They had about 20 beach towels. Perfect amount of chairs outside around the pool and table. The property accommodated our 4 families - with plenty of space to spread out. The hosts were great at responding to issues and try to resolve any issues from the previous stay before our arrival. The pool was a little smaller than expected, but was still decently sized and everyone had fun.

Perfect Getaway!

This property was the perfect stay for our family and friends. It had all of the amenities needed. We were so close to the beach. The ability to wash towels and clothes as needed was a big plus. We were in the pool or at the beach the majority of the time of our stay. The golf cart is a big plus, but just be aware there are not a ton of parking spots unless you cruise a ways down (which we liked to do anyways). The neighborhood was so quiet and nice. The house is well insulated that we could put the kiddos to bed at a decent time and still have some music outside. We had the best time, thank you so much!

Perfect for our weekend getaway!

We rented this home for my sister’s bachelorette and it could not have been more perfect! We loved that majority of the rooms had king sized beds and bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The pool, spa, and putt putt were such fun activities! One night we used the outdoor fire pit for smores. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Luxury Beach Oasis! 26 people were able to stay in the house comfortably. The pool and outdoor areas were relaxing and very luxurious. The porches on each level of the house were a great addition to the already beautiful home. Awnna was quick to respond to any inquiries and was always on top of things.

Family Reunion

We had a great time in Destin and surrounding areas. The beach close to the house was the best beach in the area! We had 28 of us ranging from75-7. The house was perfect for our big group. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Golf cart was a nice addition to have for short trips to the beach etc. Awanna was a great help and always answered any question without delay. We hope to come back sometime in the future. The white sand beaches in this area were amazing! Thanks for the memories!

Great location! Large house fit for everyone!

Location is the best! 5 minute walk to the beach. House comes equipped with most everything needed. House was very clean upon arrival. Beds are comfortable. Enough towels were given and perk of pool towels there too. Kitchen was well equipped with most everything needed. Would have liked a larger table to fit everyone but between counter and table, and outdoor table we fit. The layout of the house is great with kids level on the 3rd floor with bunks and extra beds. Every room had a bathroom which is key! Beach chairs there, cart and some beach toys. Golf cart and plenty of parking. Owner was fast to communicate from beginning to the end. Over all great location in Destin.

Perfect house for a large group!

Such a wonderful home and many en suites for all our guests. We had 20 adults, everyone was very comfortable, and we all had our own space. The house is gorgeous, the pool was perfect, and a great location! We were able to take the golf cart to the beach, souvenir shopping, coffee shop, and for food - so convenient. There was a minor mishap with the fridge but Awnna was very responsive and helpful with working thru it - truly cared about our experience and worked to make it right. We would definitely stay here again and I recommend it. Overall great experience!

Family Summer Vacation 2023

We celebrated the summer with our children, grandchildren, and close family members. It was perfect in every way. Home is spacious and incredibly beautiful. Lots of space and bathrooms for everyone. The pool was fantastic. Lots of pots and pans for just about anything you want to cook. So many bea On my way home towels to use and more than enough beach chairs to take to the beach. The golf cart was super helpful. We would stay here again. Hopefully we will again someday.

Beautiful property!

Everything about the house and property are top notch. Check in was easy and hassle free. House Is exactly as pictured and had ample space for our extended family. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms having en suite bathrooms is a nice extra. Kids loved the bunk rooms and arcade games! Backyard is gorgeous and beach is a short walk from the house. Shopping and groceries are a 5 min drive. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Destination Wedding

Our family and friends had an amazing time at this location. We stayed for our big wedding week. The owners were super awesome and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The owner even dropped by to introduce himself and was very personable and down to earth. The rooms were amazing! We also loved the pool/spa which lights up at night and the number of amenities was endless. The golf cart was great for getting around and also shuttling guests to our beach ceremony. The host also allowed us to have a small catered reception back at the house which was awesome because no other properties we looked into would allow it without a hefty fee. Our family can't stop talking about how much fun they had and it was all because we picked the best location. Highly Highly recommend and we will be returning! We plan on checking out his Gatlinburg location as well!
