Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 920 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • One and one-half baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Formica countertop • Tile flooring • Living/dining area • Washer and dryer in-unit • Queen sleeper sofa. Beautifully decorated and comfortable Condo . . .

The Condo is lovely, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Neat and clean, comfortable bed, two toilets and a very nice shower. Washer and Dryer in the Unit -- very convenient. Overlooks the pool and just a short walk down two flights of stairs to get there and just a few more steps to the Beach. Wonderful!! Wish we were still there. Condrens of Bourbon, MO

It was a nice place to stay. Right on the beach and clean. Only negative was the kitchen utensil supplies. They were quite meager. No spoons to cook with. No pitcher to put a drink in. And, extremely cheap utensils. Made cooking a challenge.
