***Pool and Amenities Update***
Pools, Restaurant, and Sea Store now OPEN!! "Indoor" Pool (Structure not yet re-built- currently an open air pool.)
-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.
SunDestin 416 is a 1BR/1.5BA condo of a Gulf front complex in the heart of beautiful Destin. The master bedroom offers two queen beds, and the living room has a sofa bed, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. This unit comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony while dining overlooking the peek-a-boo Gulf views and fabulous sunsets. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
