Excellent condo in the best spot in Destin!

We’ve been coming to Destin Pointe for years and this little slice of Destin never disappoints. We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of room to spread out and felt very comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. Would highly suggest this stay!

Beautiful, spacious condo

We have stayed at Magnolia House several times and this is by far, the nicest and biggest condo we have stayed in! Master bathroom is enormous! Beautifully decorated with breathtaking views!

The property is extremely well kept, the condo itself is very clean, and you simply cannot beat the views. The the huge windows in the family room and bedroom really allow a stunning view of the ocean. There is also plenty of room, as there are two bedrooms, and a large living room and kitchen. Highly recommend!

Destin Pointe Resort was absolutely beautiful and the pool amenities were outstanding.Our condo was very very nice and the view from our balcony was Amazing of the East Pass and the Gulf Side. We used the free shuttle to the marina area and had a nice day there. Wonderful restaurants. We had an absolutely amazing and wonderful experience and would love to return in the near future!

The only thing I would mention is the master bedroom didn't cool off very well; not sure if the air in that room isn't working?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin Pointe and the view from magnolia house is one of our favorite views anywhere. The condo is large and spacious. The wagon was a Godsend with kids. The only draw back was the area in front of the tv. Other than the sofa it was difficult to be comfortable as the chairs were not made for comfort. The bedrooms were fine and the bathrooms exceptional. The pool water was very cold and when asked about the heater we were told that each board member would have to be contacted before they could be turned on. This was a first for Destin pointe and considering advisories regarding bacteria levels in the gulf we found this news disappointing.

Very Nice Stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time. Everything was as described in the posting and they kept me up to date with text messages throughout the stay. The only problem we encountered was that the tram to take us to the beach was not working so it was a longer walk than expected. Also, there was no ice in the freezer so make sure to purchase some for drinks as it took 24 hours to produce enough! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back.

Sons Birthday Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not the happiest with this unit. When we first walked in, in the hallway there was wallpaper peeling and under that was mold/mildew. It led to an ac vent which worried us that whatever was growing under the wallpaper was possibly in the vents as well. We contacted the number provided on the check in information and were given very generic responses that someone would come out the next day to clean it. We’re not sure if anyone ever did clean it or not because there was still mold/mildew but maybe it was slightly cleaned? We love staying on Destin Pointe, this was our 4th time staying here but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay at this specific unit again because of this. There were other slight issues with the unit as well, the freezer did not make ice and the handle in the master bath is broken and turns all different ways which makes it difficult to figure out what way is hot/cold.
