The house was really nice and I would most definitely stay there again. The only downside is that I was with my 2 adult sons and at times we had different plans but we were limiting to having to stay together when going places because the management could only provide one key for the home.

We enjoyed both community pools day and night. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated in a modern way while the rest of the cottage is decorated with both contemporary and antique treasures.

Wonderful, beautiful place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at DejaVu cottage and it was absolutely beautiful. It had a very cozy atmosphere which was light and bright; we loved the decor of the entire place. It had every accommodation that could have been needed without being overdone. It was extremely clean and organized, which made it very relaxing. Having a front deck along with a deck and fenced in backyard was nice to have the option of being in or out of the sun or wind. The outdoor spaces were once again very clean and well kept, with still having a real sense of privacy. We liked that there was a large capacity washer and dryer; both being so quiet that we could hardly hear them running. The DejaVu cottage was just around the corner from the boardwalk that went out to the pool areas and gorgeous beach. The infinity pool looking out over the gulf was amazing and the hot tub was kept at a perfect temperature. Everything about our stay was so perfect ... the gated community was so quiet and peaceful, the beach, restaurants and shopping close by, all very convenient so we could relax and spend our time enjoying all that was offered. Megan was so wonderful and asked that we contact her if we needed anything. We very much appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness, we want to give her a huge thank you for seeing to it that we had the BEST TIME, which we did. We didn’t want to leave, and we want to go back again and again.

Great beach cottage!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first visit to Destin Pointe and Deja Vu did not disappoint! The house was perfect for 4 adults. The house was very clean and well stocked. The chairs and umbrella at the beach were perfect, we used them everyday as we did the bikes and the pickleball court. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Destin Pointe in the future. The only thing I'd suggest changing with Deja Vu is the front door lock, it's wonky and could be cumbersome to unlock/lock. It really needs to be changed out. We had a very minor issue on the day we checked and the property manager took care of it immediately and was super friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Deja Vu is a cute home that met our needs. The inside of the home was mostly nice. There were a few areas that could use some attention. The outside of the home was ok. The front porch floor was sticky and dirty. The. Backyard was overgrown and not maintained well. It looked as though the home needed annual/seasonal maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of construction and noise. The yard was a mess, including dog poop. Outside of house needs a paint job, and shutters need repair. Location will be compromised if the park across the street gets developed.
