Known for its adorable beach cottages in a rainbow of pastels, this portion of Destin has multiple beach access points, is walking distance to restaurants, and is just minutes away from shopping.
The space
Located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Crystal Calm is in the Crystal Beach area of Destin. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the second story (of a three story complex) and sleeps six with a queen bed in the master bedroom, hallway bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in living room. This condo boasts new floors, new countertops, new appliances, and a remodeled bathroom! The property has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's, and a washer/dryer for your convenience! Enjoy some amazing partial Gulf views from your private balcony.

The complex, Grand Caribbean West, features a heated pool, a hot tub, and a BBQ grilling area. Beach access is directly across the street -- less than a minute's walk from the condo. Directly in front of the condo is a trail, perfect for walking, running, or riding a bicycle.

Just minutes down the road are many restaurants and shops, including a Whole Foods, a Publix, and Destin Commons, an open-air shopping center.
