Come and relax with the whole family at this peaceful house in the Crystal Beach subdivision of Kokomo Kove. Located just over 1 block from the beach with private deeded beach access! The beautifully landscaped yard with fruit trees, flowering shrubs and pavered Walkways. A huge, covered, wrap-around front porch, open back porch with outdoor tiki bar, grill, heated saltwater pool and hot tub!! The interior features hardwood floors, fireplace, high ceilings, spacious kitchen with solid wood custom cabinets, granite countertops, 6-Burner gas stove, refrigerator, custom range hood, convection oven, microwave, kitchen island and a bonus room with pool table! The master suite offers a private balcony, double vanity with granite countertops, jetted tub, custom tiled shower, large walk-in closet/bonus area can be used as a spare bedroom, office, or walk-in closet. House has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and other beach toys for guests use. Located close to the best shopping and restaurants Destin has to offer!

This is an amazing property with incredible amenities and we are also pet friendly as long as the pets are house trained and cleaned up after.










Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. We can’t thank Jason enough for the amazing stay down in Destin! We absolutely love the home. The balcony was such a beautiful touch. We spent multiple mornings out there drinking coffee, even with all the rain we had such an amazing time, the home literally feels like a home and is decorated as such, lots of old antiques and beautiful China! With an amazing backyard, thank you again for everything back

We truly enjoyed our stay! From slow mornings of coffee on the beautiful front porch, exciting afternoons at the beach, and then relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The house was very family friendly. Plenty of beach towels, board games and sand toys for everyone. We also appreciated the beach wagon. It made going to and from the beach a lot easier. Jason was quick to respond if I had any questions.
