This coastal cool condo 313 at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, accommodates up to 4 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Holiday Surf 313 has had many recent updates, including plantation shutters, a Large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, new Air Conditioning and Heating system and beautiful new engineered hardwood floors in the living/dining area. The living area also boasts new plush sleeper sofa and side chairs.

The good sized bedroom, which is carpeted, has en-suite access to the bathroom, featuring newer fixtures and a granite topped vanity. There is a also a 43" flat screen TV with DVD/VHS combo, as well as a cooling ceiling fan and large walk-in closet.

New paint, rugs, soft furnishings and unique original coastal themed Artwork and décor round off this great one bedroom unit, which is sure to become your vacation home away from home.

The sugar white sand Beach is only steps away and by booking with us you'll receive Complimentary Beach Service from March 1 - October 31!

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.Our first time there and we didn’t realize that the property was so isolated from restaurants and grocery stores. We managed to adjust but it would have been perfect if there was at least one restaurant close by.Very quiet and peaceful, just be prepared with plenty of groceries or be prepared to travel for eating options.

Awesome condo. Loved having chair service. Staff at Holiday Surf were amazing and loved the grocery carts to get all our stuff in. Next time we plan to stay in one of the condos on the outer wings of the v so we have an even better view and no pool noise. Top Notch !

Overall the stay was very nice, the condo was quite and spacious. It’s definitely about time for some upgrades. The walls and trim are definitely showing their age. Bathroom sink drains very slow, most likely just clogged. Patio has a great view of the ocean. Patio door takes some serious muscle opening and closing! Overall the stay was worth the money! Great location right on the beach! The reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that the condo bedroom has no window, and gets a lot of noise during the night that sounds like hydraulics of some sort.

The property was okay but needs some repairs. The sliding glass door took two hands to open and shut. Paint in a few areas would clean it up too! Not sure if the maids cleaned before we came or just put out clean towels...Overall we enjoyed our time at this property.
