Bad experience for my family and poor management.

We drove to Destin expecting a great a experience and enjoy our stay, but we were received by the office management not expecting us and asking a lot of questions. Looking at us pretty deceiving. We infomed them and wrote down the amount of people staying. We were pretty clear about the number of people and names staying in the unit. 8 adults and 3 children "1 year old, 6 year old and 8 yeat old". Which I informed. The place and the people in the build were welcoming but the people incharged which we came across a couple of times always looked at us up and down. I dont want to get into details and bring race to this review because I believe we are all equal and if I'm able to afford the stay here money is not a problem. Plus now the management company of the property wants to keep my deposit because it was over 8 people. Which they called the next morning and informed me the management from the building called them to inform they weren't aware but I disclose everything and whoever I spoke said " We always have issues with this property because of the type of people that manage the property are older and dont like change or other types of familes ' That was not on the description. I usually dont spend a lot time typing reviews. But this time I feel disappointed and disrespected by not only the complex management and experience my family had to go through but now the management company has to remind me by trying to keep my deposit. Its not right. Stay away.

Great place. They had chairs for beach available, snorkels, beach toys, games for the family. We have stayed at waterview towers on and off for 15 years.

You will not be disappointed if you rent this place. Communication with owner was excellent. You can see the gulf from the pool area and are steps away from private beach. The condo itself was very well kept and very beautiful.

Everything was beautiful and clean. Pool & hot tub are awesome. Private beach is built above a rock wall so no access to the beach/ocean. Private beach is great if you aren’t into the actual ocean.

Awesome spot for little ones!

The place was perfectly laid out for a family of 6! We brought grandparents and they had one side of the unit and we were on the side with the jack and Jill bathroom for our littles! The tide pools north of the hotel are PERFECT for families with children as it's shallow/not much current and little to no waves....awesome place to snorkle. Off the main strip which makes it quieter and more private. Very clean pool area and unit. The unit is very furnished and stocked! The only thing you need to bring is a few toys for sand and some food! Overall great experience with the only add to be the room adjacent to the kids rooms gets warmer then the rest of the unit, so use the fans in the closet!

Paradise on the harbor!

We recently returned from a wonderful vacation in Destin, Florida, and Harbor Hideaway was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The condo was spotless, and the decorations were both modern and stylish. The views from the condo were stunning, with breathtaking scenes of the harbor and the ocean. Watching the sunrise from the deck was one of the highlights of our stay, and we loved having plenty of deck furniture to relax and enjoy the scenery. My wife, Katie, especially appreciated the views, as every window had something beautiful to offer. The condo's amenities were top-notch. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the pillows were a hit! All the TVs and electronics were modern, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals and dine in the comfort of the condo. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and our son, Daniel, enjoyed having our own private beach area. He also mentioned how cool it was to see the palm trees and the modern, expensive-looking houses nearby. Great view

Very clean, and had amazing views of the harbor. . One recommendation would be not to have so much glass decor, I put a lot of the decor in the closet for fear of the kids breaking something. Close to everything. Great customer service !
