Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is gorgeous and very comfortable. The owners have done an excellent job of creating the perfect beach environment. Hard to beat having a washer and dryer in the unit too! We LOVE Silver Dunes, it's the perfect family beach spot.

For my wife and I, and then our 2 friends that visited for a week, this is an amazing unit. We were the 1st tenants to rent this unit after a remodel and we were very pleased with the job that was done. This unit has everything we needed. We were so happy with it, at checkout, we booked it again for the same month in 2024!

We love the sense of community, amenities, and the ease of everything. This is our second time renting D200 in the past 4 years and we were thrilled with the new upgrades to the unit. The office staff and housekeeping went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful to them. We LOVE the Silver Dunes!

Reviewer Comments: This has been our 3rd year in the same condo and the upgrades were really nice.I did not like the water pressure, there was four of us and we could barely shower and rinse off the sand.Also I think there was too much accent furniture, we have little kids and the breakable items was a hazard for the kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in D200 a couple of times, the last time being 3 years ago. One thing is for sure-they need new mattresses desperately. I remember them being bad before but assumed they had gotten new ones by now...not the case. The king was a taco-my husband and I rolled in it like a giant sink hole. The other two beds were equally as bad. Everything else was good. The beach service has changed as well, and you are not guaranteed a spot on the water even if you book early and ask for it (which was never the case with George). I would stay here again, as I do like the grounds in general, but different condo next time unless the mattresses get changed lol.

A week at the Silver Dunes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location close to most everything. Pool and Beach a plus. The condo 200D. Was ok. New mattresses are needed. Right now the master is just a mattress topper on a thin mattress. Need to fix master toilet new flapper is needed it runs all the time. The rest of the place is typical vacation rental nothing great over all. If you want private beach and community pool in Destin this is an option. Smaller complex but not a lot to do in general in Destin.

Condo does not sleep 8

Sofa sleeper not accurate. Listing says sleeps 8 and actually sleeps 6 very small. Most kitchen cabinets locked by owner. No storage at all. Carpet all over. Complex is small which is nice but don’t choose this particular condo D200!
