Chateau La Mer II Unit #101 is just a 3-minute walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf. Located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. A short walk away from Florida’s Emerald Coast and the famous “sugar sand”, enjoy access to our private beach with exclusive beach service, including two chairs and an umbrella.
While enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee on your own personal front or back patio, consider all the amenities we have to offer to plan a leisurely (or exciting!) day ahead. Perhaps you would like to take a dip in the private, seasonally heated, community pool or try your hand at a game or two of tennis! Enjoy grilling out on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas after a fun day exploring, or take a relaxing stroll to local restaurants.
Our 2-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers space so everyone can spread out. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom comfortably houses two queen-sized beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located with access to the common areas. A utility room off the back porch provides access to laundry units, making it easier to leave the sand at the beach on your trek back home.

Great experience

The place was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It's conveniently located right across from the private beach which was a huge benefit! We had a very smooth experience checking in and checking out, communication with the property manager was great.

The unit was very clean and spacious. Loved that there were two bedrooms and bathrooms because i had 4 teenagers with me. Great location to the pool and pickleball courts, as well as a few minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The Perfect Stay

This property was amazing. We had such a great time we did not want to leave. Despite the short walk to the private beach access gate (3-4 minutes), having the beach chairs already set up for us made it worth it! The king size bed was soft but amazingly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender. We took advantage of the cute patio area outside the sliding glass door to relax and drink coffee in the morning. Every thing was clean and the staff made us feel welcomed. I would truly come back and stay at this condo again. The only things I would suggest is maybe 3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and salt and pepper for the kitchen. I also enjoyed how quiet the condo area was. There was not a lot of late night noise and the neighbors were friendly.
