Enjoy hearing the Ocean waves and feeling the cool breeze from the Gulf whilst you relax on your Private Patio. It is just a short 2 minute boardwalk-stroll to the beautiful white sand private beach.

Prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen and serve it up at the breakfast bar, the dining table, or on your private gated patio. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator/freezer; dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, over-the-range microwave and a Keurig, plus features new Granite counter tops.

This spacious beach themed condo with hardwood Oak flooring throughout, comfortably sleeps 4 guests with the Master bedroom boasting a new, plush king-size bed and mattress, a 32" HDTV with Smart DVD player, a walk-in closet and bathroom that was completely remodeled in August 2019.

Relax in upscale surroundings and watch the brand new 65" Samsung smart TV. The new sleeper sofa is a Cozy Mattress, which provides 8.5 inches of pillow-top bed quality comfort. The unit also includes board and card games for indoor fun.

Great place for a beach stay

Stayed here for our long weekend getaway and it was great. Great location being only steps from the beach and a short drive or walk from everything. Pool was clean. Room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the full kitchen. Beach service was hit or miss but did not impact our stay.

Absolutely Amazing!!

The condo was gorgeous, even better than the pictures made it look! The AC froze us out all 3 nights we stayed, we definitely were surprised how well it worked, normally vacation rentals don’t have the best AC units. We also loved the fact that it was ground floor and our balcony led straight out to the beach bridge. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable, and the sofa bed was an actual mattress to boot! Can’t ask for better than this place, I didn’t want to ever leave lol. We definitely will try to book this room again when we go back, it’s for sure going in our favorites list!!

This was our first family trip to Destin, the location of the condo couldn’t have been better with young kids! Very close to the pool, tennis courts and extremely close short walk to the beach! 100% recommend!

Beautiful beach away from the big crowds

Overall very nice property. The ground floor location is actually very convenient, and we never heard anyone above us. The beach is very close, and the beach chairs and umbrella available to guests were very nice. This unit has been recently redone and was very nice inside. Only thing that wasn’t great was the cleanliness of the floor- it is a laminate type flooring that had been swept but not really cleaned-our feet quickly turned black walking on it.
