Location, location, location. Beautiful ocean front view! Amazing heated pool! Wonderful comfortable bed with ceiling fan and balcony with view of ocean. All three levels had balcony/deck. Need to replace chair cushions in dining room due to mold.

Bugs and needs a good clean

The place needs a good clean. Dead palmetto under pull out couch, sand and other mess under furniture. Real surprise was a live palmetto that came from under the garbage can when we threw something out night one. Many things show ware- all air vents barely hanging together on ceiling and all rusted or falling off wall. The view is amazing, but the property is run down, and in need of upgrades. The property owners attempted to reach out via phone to secondary phone number not primary and never contacted us regarding cleanliness and bug issue. Disappointing to say the least.

wonderful townhome, great location, as described

The townhome was clean, and communication with the owner was prompt and polite. This is on a beautiful beach, right on the gulf! It's a quiet neighborhood, and fit our group of 8 adults perfectly so that everyone had plenty of room in the beds, and no one needed to sleep on the pull-out sofa. We would definitely stay there again!
