Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Great location room a little underwhelming

The condo location was great and not over crowded the area was nice. The room left a little to be desired it was aged and not what I expected. Overall a great vacation and plenty of beach time!

Decent accommodations

This unit definitely needs updating. The carpet looked like it was the original carpet, the kitchen and bathrooms need a little sprucing up (some of the cabinets - shelves had water damage), and there was an odor to the condo. We opened the balcony door to help air out the condo as we unpacked. The property management was excellent. Very kind and helpful. The condo is spacious and is located directly on the beach - that was a plus.

Extremely friendly Staff, Family oriented, overall great atmosphere. Everything was clean when we arrived . Kitchen had brand new fridge and all the utensils needed. Easy Check in and Check out. I was impressed with all the condo staff.
