Beautiful, newly renovated and west end unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing expansive of the pavilion and pool. As an end unit, you'll enjoy west facing windows in the living room, dining room, and kitchen so you are able to enjoy breathtaking views of the Florida sunsets. There is a king in the master bedroom with a custom, walk in shower in the adjoining bathroom. The guest room has 2 queen beds with a walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinets, and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Don't worry about parking, the updated unit includes a dedicated covered parking spot in the garage area. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This condo is perfect for family’s with kids!

Beachfront retreat

Loved the property. The sound of the ocean and the beautiful beach from the porch with my coffee every morning was awesome. The services on the beach also well staffed. Our 4 chairs and umbrellas were setup for us all week. We could walk the restaurant down the beach and we’re close to the pier and to the freedom boat club for our fishing boat rental. Loved this property.
