The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1101 is tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and has a large wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the Emerald Coast that will take your breath away!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including restricted access to North facing balconies, balcony furniture being brought indoors, and the closure of certain common areas, including parking spaces. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. Being an end condo, not only is the interior spacious but the condo also has an expansive, wrap-around balcony that offers mesmerizing views of the Emerald Coast from every angle. The spacious dining area with seating for eight makes sure everyone can enjoy meals together around the table . The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer set, is centrally located just off of the main living area.

The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features beautiful mosaic tile, a soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The king guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony, which overlooks the greater Destin area and Choctawhatchee Bay. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and mosaic tile. The queen guest bedroom and guest bunk room, with a full-over-full bunkbed set, are also have access to the north balcony. Just steps from both guest bedrooms is a full guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
