This spacious attic apartment with 120 sqm belongs to a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda. Distributed across 2 floors, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living/dining area with a kitchen and sofa bed. The property can therefore accommodate up to 9 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees you will also find a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs.
