Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great area that was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic and worth it. A bit out of the main town and about a 20-30 minute walk to cafes and shops but there is a shuttle to the train station/town for €5 per person. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Very clean apartment, nice lake view, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had all the necessities , AC worked perfectly , wifi was fast. I had the Terrae Suite and it was cleaned daily. Luca from reception was nice, polite , professional and respectful . There is parking on site. Also, a bus station right in front of the hotel. Taxi to the train station in Desenzano was 12 Euros. Be aware that this is 10 min walking distance from Desenzano . We loved walking to Desenzano every day, but others may find it inconvenient. We caught the bus from San Anelli ( Porto ) station to Sirmione, Peschiera and Verona. I hope to return one day, especially when is warmer, so I can enjoy the beach . Thank you for the hospitality !

We had a good stay at this property, but didn't feel like it was a great value. We had minor issues in our room (the AC would stop working some nights and the sink was wobbly). We felt a little nickeled and dimed that there was a kitchen but no sponge and dish soap. Online it said there was a free shuttle into town, but it was 8 euros round trip. The view from the property was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We had good interactions with the staff and everyone was kind. Our room had plenty of space and we slept well.

Avoid this place – total scam. Nothing matches the photos or descriptions. Room: Paid for a balcony/sea-view in the main building but got dumped in an annex up a steep hill. Impossible with a pushchair, unsafe for kids, and noisy at night. Parking: Told not to use the top car park (even with toddlers) and forced to park in a muddy lot below. Cleaning: €30 per “clean” meant just changing sheets. Took 3 days to fix after complaints. Had to empty our own bins. Told that there are no fresh towels or toilet roll unless you pay for this clean. Services: No shuttle. It’s a 30-minute hike to Desenzano, not 15–20 mins. No room phone, staff don’t answer mobiles. In an emergency, you’d be stuck. WiFi: Cuts out at night, barely works in the day. Restaurant: Only pizza, stops serving at 8:30. They advertise lakeside dining that doesn’t exist.

We recently stayed at this property and were quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially given its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that our suite was located uphill in a separate set of buildings far from the main area. The property seems to have two distinct sections, and we were placed in the last one — which was incredibly confusing to access, especially with luggage. When we politely asked to change rooms, the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude, telling us it was not possible without any real explanation. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality continued throughout our stay. We also asked for help arranging transportation from the hotel to the city, and again, the staff was dismissive and not helpful at all. That said, I must give credit where it’s due: the natural beauty of the surroundings is truly breathtaking. The views and peacefulness of the area are exceptional. Also, the staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming — a much-needed contrast to the rest of the service. However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected more. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the two nights we stayed, and basic standards of service were simply not met. It’s a shame, because the location has great potential, but unfortunately, the management and service fell far short.

Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, saubere Anlage sowie Zimmer, sehr Hundefreundlich (unser Hund durfte überall mit hin), Lage direkt am See toll, allerdings ist man zwingend auf ein Auto (Leihfahrräder auch vorhanden) angewiesen, wenn man nicht ewig in die Stadt laufen möchte. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung (konnte für 30€ extra gebucht werden oder 9€ für neue Handtücher) war bei uns nicht inklusive, was uns vorher nicht klar war. Insgesamt aber toller Aufenthalt!

E la cosa peggiore per nulla insomorizzata si sentivono tutti i rumori e discorsi delle camere vicine. In più siamo stati anche molto sfortunati e ci siamo ritrovati un finestrino dell auto rotta a causa di ladri entrati nella struttura...

Mit dem Frühstücken könnte man flexibler sein. Nicht jeder möchte für 18€ vom Buffet essen. Manchen langt auch nur ein Espresso und ein Stückchen. Dieses könnte man dann auch gesondert abrechnen. Aber sonst sehr gute Anlage mit sauberen und modernen Zimmern. Rezeption ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Karte für Abendessen ist sehr vielfältig und essen schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Preise sind gegenüber Restaurant in der Stadt sehr human.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt . Das Apartment war sauber und sehr schön. Die Küche ist sparsam ausgestattet, es gab keine Kaffeemaschine. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Blick von der Terasse auf den See . Sehr gut auch die Möglichkeit des Restaurant und der Bar. Das Gelände ist gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.

7 Nächte haben wir in der Unterkunft verbracht, eine gepflegte Außenanlage und nettes Personal, das negativ für fast alles muss zusätzlich gezahlt werden sei es die Zimmerreinigung, neue Handtücher oder die Sonnenliegen am Strand. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen aber eher an Paare ohne Kindern da die Aktivitäten für Kinder in der Anlage sehr gering sind.
