Old world charm with modern conveniences! 2 Living Areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large patio with HOT TUB and fire pit. Laundry, privacy-fenced yard. 72" TV in main level living room, 55" upstairs; all bedrooms have TV's with Roku. Quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minutes to Adventureland and Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino. 10 minutes to the Iowa State Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to downtown Des Moines. Garage space not included.

Main level has living room with large sectional. Dining room with seating for 6, kitchen, one bedroom with full-sized bed, another bedroom with full-sized bed, front and back porches. Second level has family room with small couches, bathroom and another bedroom with queen-sized bed, murphy cabinet that folds out to a full-sized bed. Laundry is in the basement. The back yard is privacy-fenced and has large patio with hot tub.

We were in the area for a family wedding and we had 6 adults and two toddlers. Your home was so welcoming and so many wonderful touches to make us feel right at home! The check in process was wonderful and Carrie was available by message or phone for anything we needed. We loved sitting out on the patio and talking in the evening, and the beds were so comfortable as well. If we are ever in need to stay in the Des Moines area again, your home will be our first choice! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Girls wkend trip to horse racing/casino. Great house, and very clean and well organized. Everything you could need was provided. The girls enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening and sharing stories. Overall, great house, great location, would stay again.
